In countering EMS challenges, some windows of opportunity needed to compete with our adversaries are closing. Meanwhile, EMS threats that have existed since the 1960s and earlier, such as nuclear-EMP and geomagnetic storms, have regained prominence.

The salience of these threats has returned due to several factors, including (1) near-universal integration of electromagnetically sensitive silica-based technologies into most modern hardware, (2) adversaries’ increased understanding of how to exploit critical vulnerabilities, (3) institutional knowledge atrophy due to retirement or transition of personnel who conducted nuclear and EMP testing, and (4) the emergence of novel technologies, many of them poorly understood.

What Do You Think These UFO’s Are?
Insider Comment:
Some of the photos look like an electronically “cloaked” helicopter, others a UFO.
Alien anti-gravity craft or US Secret Space War craft are both anti-gravity craft and have electronic capability and “biomorphic” image shape-shifting ability (as a created illusion for observers).
Conclusion is high tech – Task Force 160 “Night Stalkers” which uses high tech helicopters that are equipped with special infrared and special radar guidance systems and can fly at night and through smoke. They could have been there lighting the fires or just for observation. If they were there they would have to have been involved to make sure they didn’t get hit by the orbital to ground high powered lasers and/or particle beams.

The bigger helicopter is at 13:06 and a smaller drone or something at 13:05  left side screen 3/4 up. It’s quick. And then one at 5:00 minutes in difficult to catch.

n a letter to Mendocino County stakeholders, the embattled utility said: “We recognize the gravity of this action, but believe it is appropriate given PG&E’s current circumstances.”

The expected bankruptcy filing “underscores the decision,” but was not the primary cause, PG&E spokesman Paul Moreno said. “We have been looking to divest this and other (hydro) projects that are noneconomical for years,” he said.

Power from Potter Valley exceeds the cost of alternative sources of renewable power on the open market and is therefore a burden on PG&E ratepayers, Moreno said.

But the water is virtually invaluable, especially to towns and ranches along the upper Russian River from Potter Valley to Healdsburg. The 7,000-acre valley alone produces $34 million worth of wine grapes, cattle and other products a year.

Grant Davis, general manager of Sonoma Water, said the water diverted from the Eel River and stored in Lake Mendocino near Ukiah, is “critically important” to his agency’s 600,000 customers.

Asked if Sonoma County could afford to lose that water, Davis said: “I think everyone would like that answered.”
