Electromagnetic Defense Task Force 2018 Report
The salience of these threats has returned due to several factors, including (1) near-universal integration of electromagnetically sensitive silica-based technologies into most modern hardware, (2) adversaries’ increased understanding of how to exploit critical vulnerabilities, (3) institutional knowledge atrophy due to retirement or transition of personnel who conducted nuclear and EMP testing, and (4) the emergence of novel technologies, many of them poorly understood.

We MUST ask ourselves how this research was and IS conducted.
We MUST ask ourselves how WE fit into the unacknowledged scheme of transitioning all living biology and life forms into a future unknown to us.
OUR future is referred to as Transhumanism, an agenda of converging human and digital bodies.
We MUST ask WHY so many targeted individuals?

United Nations – Preparing to Terminate Capitalism – Due to Climate Change and . . .
EXCERPT:
The new era is characterized by inefficient fossil fuel production and escalating costs of climate change
[/topic/Capitalism]Capitalism as we know it is over. So suggests a new report commissioned by a group of scientists appointed by the [/topic/un-secretary-general]UN secretary general. The main reason? We’re transitioning rapidly to a radically different global economy, due to our increasingly unsustainable exploitation of the planet’s environmental resources and the shift to less efficient [/topic/energy-sources]energy sources.
[/topic/climate-change]Climate change and species extinctions are accelerating even as societies are experiencing rising inequality, unemployment, slow economic growth, rising debt levels, and impotent governments. Contrary to the way policymakers usually think about these problems these are not really separate crises at all.
These crises are part of the same fundamental transition. The new era is characterised by inefficient fossil fuel production and escalating costs of climate change.Conventional capitalist economic thinking can no longer explain, predict or solve the workings of the global economy in this new age.
Presidential Memorandum on Developing a Sustainable Spectrum Strategy for America’s Future
EXCERPT:
As the National Security Strategy of 2017 made clear, access to spectrum is a critical component of the technological capabilities that enable economic activity and protect national security. Wireless communications and associated data applications establish a foundation for high‑wage jobs and national prosperity. While American industry continues to extract greater and greater value from spectrum, each technological leap also increases demands on its usage. Those demands have never been greater than today, with the advent of autonomous vehicles and precision agriculture, the expansion of commercial space operations, and the burgeoning Internet of Things signaling a nearly insatiable demand for spectrum access. Moreover, it is imperative that America be first in fifth-generation (5G) wireless technologies — wireless technologies capable of meeting the high-capacity, low-latency, and high-speed requirements that can unleash innovation broadly across diverse sectors of the economy and the public sector. Flexible, predictable spectrum access by the United States Government will help ensure that Federal users can meet current and future mission requirements for a broad range of both communications- and non-communications-based systems.
