Psychotronic Terrorism

The military and intelligence communities all over the world are working together to control society. They are using technologies to oppress, surveille, and mind control populations. The US and the United Kingdom along with its common wealth states of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand have a joint intelligence operation known as Five Eyes which runs its ECHELON program used for gathering intelligence.

ECHELON is working with the NSA’s MAINWAY and MARINA to hack, steal, and store private information intercepted from telephone and internet communications and information. The NSA which is headed up by Michael S. Rogers is spying on everyone through hidden cameras and microphones in smart devices, televisions, and computers.

The information is stored in the Utah Data Center where they develop psychological programs on civilians used for psychological targeting. All of this is entirely criminal. ECHELON is being covertly hacked by the Swiss ONYX interception system headed up by Guy Parmelin the Federal Councillor of the Swiss Federal Department of Defence and I believe the Swiss are working with Italy’s AISE, France’s Directorate-General for External Security headed up by Bernard Bajolet and Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution or BfV headed up by Hans-Georg Maasen and Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service or BND and their Project 6 surveillance program which works with the CIA headed up by Mike Pompeo.

The EU uses Schengen Information System which unifies European intelligence gathering. The EU Commission is headed up in Belgium and Luxembourg with Jaak Raes the head of Belgian VSSE intelligence and Patrick Heck the head of Luxembourg’s SREL intelligence. Russian Federal Security Service runs the SORM surveillance system on Russian civilians. Israeli Mossad and the IDF’s Haman run Unit 8200 and they run Luxembourg based Intelsat satellite interceptors along with British Inmarsat satellite interceptors. These surveillance systems are spying on everyone however the release of this information distracts from the fact they are all running neurological hacking software where wireless frequencies and electronic emissions are designed to hack into a persons body and mind. They spray what are called chemtrails for various purposes like weather modification but also to enhance their wireless and radio transmitted frequencies.

They are using GENESIS (software), Neuron (software), Brian (software), and NEST (software) through the electronics which function through all operating systems like Windows and Linux. The Satellite interceptor systems are also running similar programs which can target in a similar way. MERLIN is a radio telescope system named after a wizard and managed by Brian Bowsher which is running biochemical hacking programs developed by the Freemasonic members of the Royal Institute and Royal Society which are covertly working with the Science and Technology Facilities Council.

The USAF’s HAARP system is partly involved with radio targeting on members of society. Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array located in New Mexico and Atacama Large Millimeter Array based in Chile are radio satellite systems also used for targeting. The Atacama system is an international project including Europe and the United States. The Netherlands Institute for Radio Astronomy runs its LOFAR and Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope systems used for targeting society with mind control frequencies. Dutch intelligence is called AIVD and headed up by Rob Bertholee. Haman headed up by Gadi Eizenkot and Mossad headed up by Yossi Cohen are involved along with CIA-Jesuits or Roman intelligence and SIS-Masonic Crown agents in overseeing and infiltrating Silicon Valley which further enables electronics and operating systems to run neural hacking programs.

The European Union owns the Human Brain Project operating out of Geneva, Switzerland which has helped to develop neuro-brain computer interface and neurological hacking software like GENESIS which was developed by Jesuit educated James Mason Bower. They can literally plug their minds into these systems and target people with a form of synthetic telepathy. The Church of Scientology which is working with Silicon Valley has these technologies. Along with these programs military and private military have developed various microwave, electronic, and pulse weapons used for covertly targeting members of society.

All this is invisible to the eye and enables these tyrants to target people extremely covertly. These are crimes against humanity. These systems need to be shut down and these criminals need to be executed.

They share a similar ancestry with the House of Hanover. The Savoy family established the Liberty of the Savoy in London in 1246.

There is a Savoy Hotel in London named in honor of the House of Savoy. Prince Vittorio Emanuele IV is a top hidden owner of the Genovese crime family which has infiltrated Wall Street and extorts businessmen in the United States. The Genovese crime family is much larger than what is reported and have a black hand mafia and white collar division with many British and German business associates involved in Wall Street. The Savoy family use the mafia to influence the trading on the stock market for their interests formerly through SIX Swiss Exchange and now through Deutsche Borse. In the 90’s White Rock Partners and State Street Capital Markets were involved in some mafia tied stock fraud. What the Genovese crime family do is threaten and extort stock brokers for inside information and deals used in international trading.

Guggenheim Partners is a large global investment firm controlling assets estimated at 290 billion and Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors located in Chicago is another major firm controlling tens of billions and owned by the Guggenheim family.

The Stuart family has also intermarried with the Montagu noble family that were appointed as peers by the Roman Catholic King Edward IV of England.

The Stuart or Stewart families have many noble branches and still own various estates and palaces today. The Stuart clan have a large portion of ownership over the Hudson’s Bay Company through Prince Rupert of the Rhine whose mother was a Stuart. Prince Rupert was the first Governor of the Stuart King Charles II’s authorized Hudson’s Bay Company and their relative Donald Smith, 1st Baron Strathcona and Mount Royal was a top executive of HBC and obtained large shares in it when the company went private. The Stuart King James VI issued the royal charter for Nova Scotia. Canada and Nova Scotia are Stuart territory. The Stuart family are large share holders of the Hudson’s Bay Company.

Janus Henderson is located at the City of London Corporation and has assets estimated at around 330 billion. Janus Capital founded by Tom Bailey merged with Henderson Group. The Montagu family created Montagu Private Equity a buy out firm that is headquartered in London. Hugh Grosvenor is worth about 16 billion and owns Grosvenor Group located in London with assets around 60 billion.

Foreign members of the Order of the Garter include King Juan Carlos of Spain, King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, King Harald V of Norway, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, and Emperor Akihito of Japan. They are members of the Order of the Garter because they covertly do business in London.

Anyone who endured the October firestorms remembers the choking smoke followed by weeks of air that was acrid and irritating, while the surrounding world felt toxic after wildfires laid waste to 137 square miles of Sonoma County.

A research team from UC Davis now hopes to find out what, if any, potential health hazards may have resulted from the incineration of more than 5,100 homes and all they contained: cleaning products, paints, pesticides, electronics packed with rare earth elements, synthetic building materials, fuels.

The two-year investigation will focus on components in the smoke as the fires burned, as well as those left in the air and ash once the flames had roared through.

Researchers also plan to test the post-fire environment for any new chemicals that may have resulted from the transformation of existing materials under extremely high-temperature, low-oxygen conditions.

The project is aimed, in part, at understanding the array of substances residents may have been exposed to by breathing or sifting through the remains of neighborhoods afterward, as well as the potential health implications.

It also is intended to inform the environmental health response to future wildfires expected to proliferate in the urban-wildland interface as the climate shifts, researchers said.

In addition, online surveys and field interviews will be used to try to assess short- and long-term health impacts among residents exposed to smoke in Sonoma County and neighboring areas.

“We want to paint a picture of not only what happened in the moment, but also what’s happening now, with the cleanup and re-entry and the different phases as they unfold,” said Keith Bein, a scientist with the UC Davis Air Quality Research Center. “Because this is unprecedented. We don’t know what to expect.”

Led by Irva Hertz-Picciotto, an epidemiologist and director of the UC Davis Environmental Health Sciences Center, the multidisciplinary study is driven by recognition of how little is known about fires on the scale of those in the North Bay three months ago.

The contents of smoke from a wildland fire — where mainly organic matter burns — are better known, though there’s a push for more research there as well, given increased use of flame retardant and pesticides on forests and wild places, according to a separate UC Davis study.

But when a community burns, “there may be different kinds of health effects simply because the mix of chemicals is probably quite different,” Hertz-Picciotto said.

Among the involved researchers is doctoral student Gabby Black, a Sonoma native whose family still resides in the area and was evacuated during the first days of the inferno.

After watching helplessly from afar for several weeks, Black was back in Sonoma County around Halloween collecting samples of ash from inside the foundations of homes along the path of the Tubbs fire — Franz Valley Road, Larkfield/Wikiup, Coffey Park, Mark West and elsewhere — in each case scooping from areas that seemed to be the kitchen or garage.

She also took background samples of burned biomass from Robert Louis Stevenson State Park in Napa County for comparison.

The samples haven’t been analyzed yet, but the focus is on materials forged in the fire through synthesis, as well as those that survived the flames without breaking down into constituent substances, she said.

Bein already has stored samples of particulate matter filtered from the smoke that poured out of Sonoma during the fires.

He began collecting them the first night in his hometown of Oakland, as well as at Davis during the first days the North Bay burned.

He and his colleagues also plan continuous, 24-hour air sampling in Sonoma and Napa counties over the long term, capturing samples from places with a range of recovery and rebuilding activity.

His team is building a mobile air-monitoring unit for deployment once the wettest part of winter has passed that’s powered by the batteries in two all-electric vehicles so they can operate in areas without power.

Bein already surmises that tiny particles of ash will persist in the fire zone for years and potentially become airborne in dry conditions.

Particles small enough to get past human defense systems and penetrate deep into the lungs could spell trouble.

“That’s where the toxicity really happens,” he said.

Researchers also are hoping for the participation of thousands of residents from Sonoma County and neighboring areas exposed to smoke on an online survey that will go live as soon as it’s approved by a board that supervises studies on human subjects, Hertz-Picciotto said.

Framed in part through input from Sonoma and Napa county public health officials, the Centers for Disease Control and others, the survey will include questions about individual experiences during the fires, subsequent access to power and water, mental or physical health symptoms experienced and a host of other topics that may correlate with short- or long-term health implications as well as future disaster response needs.

The research team also plans randomized field surveys of a far smaller sample size to be conducted later in person.

Hertz-Picciotto said people exposed to the fires, especially those in otherwise good health, may have nothing to worry about. The study is largely intended to determine if that’s the case.

“I don’t think we’re presuming one way or another on this,” she said. “I think we want to collect really good, strong, objective data.”

But Bein thinks it likely there are some health implications to be reckoned with.

“Air pollution in general, minus any horrific fire events like this, poses a health risk,” he said. “We already know that. So there’s always this background pollution going on, but these activities — the wildfires and the things that happen after — are going to increase that, and they’re going to add not only to the amount in the air, but actually the composition of it.”

Abstract — The IEEE Standards Working Group, IEEE PAR1789 “Recommending practices for modulating current in High Brightness LEDs for mitigating health risks to viewers” has been formed to advise the lighting industry, ANSI/NEMA, IEC, EnergyStar and other standards groups about the emerging concern of flicker in LED lighting. This paper introduces power electronic designers for LED lighting to health concerns relating to flicker, demonstrates that existing technologies in LED lighting sometimes provide flicker at frequencies that may induce biological human response, and discusses a few methods to consider when trying to mitigate unintentional biological effects of LED lighting. The paper represents on-going work in IEEE PAR1789 that is vital to designing safe LED lamp drivers. Brooklyn officials have launched an intense anti-Zika drive to protect the mosquito-infested borough from an outbreak.

The New York City Department of Health has poured $21 million into a three-year project to block out the Zika virus.

This week the first measures began: wheeling out trucks into two dozen neighborhoods to spray the streets with repellent.

And in a bid to spread awareness about the virus, the city also launched an interactive map – showing how many mosquitoes with the potential to carry Zika have been spotted in each neighborhood.

‘We’re really concerned for the potential for it here, which is why we’re stepping up our mosquito control program,’ Dan Kass, head of environmental health, said.

Two mosquito species with a capacity to carry Zika have been detected in New York: Aedes albopictus and Culex.

As of August 18, none of these were found to carry Zika, but some had the West Nile virus.

The highest concentration was found in Jackson Heights, an area in Queens, which had 116 Culex mosquitoes in the first count.

The second highest was East Flushing, also in Queens, which had 86 Aedes albopictus mosquitoes.

In Manhattan, the Upper West Side, Chinatown and the Lower East Side had the highest concentrations of mosquitoes.

There were 62 Culex mosquitoes in the Upper West Side, 27.3 Albopictus in Chinatown and 18 Culex in the Lower East Side.

In Brooklyn, Prospect Lefferts has the highest count according to the latest records, showing 17 Culex mosquitoes.

The city is not currently home to Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, which most commonly carry the virus.

So far 483 people in New York City have been diagnosed with Zika, and 49 of those were pregnant at the time of their diagnosis.

All cases to date were travel-related (contracted on vacation) or sex-related (contracted by having sex with someone who had the virus).

But Brooklyn, particularly its quaint family neighborhood of Park Slope, is fertile ground for mosquitoes.

Even before the threat of Zika, Park Slope has long been the scene of intense repellent-spraying.

Last night, residents were warned to stay indoors between 10pm and 6am as the spray was doused over the streets.

Scientists are still largely ignorant about the finer details of the infection.

Just last month Brazilian researchers discovered the far more common Culex mosquito can also carry Zika.

As more research is done, New York officials are urging residents to do everything they can to keep mosquitoes from proliferating.

The new website features interactive maps showing which areas have been sprayed, and where there have been complaints of standing water – which are a safety hazard.

Kass said: ‘Someone can zoom in and get a sense of what’s been happening over the past week — where have we responded to complaints?

‘Who has received notices of violation for not addressing standing water; where we’ve applied larvicide; where we’ve applied adulticide for mosquitoes that are biting?’

WHAT IS ZIKA?

The Zika (ZEE’-ka) virus was first discovered in monkey in Uganda in 1947 – its name comes from the Zika forest where it was first discovered.

HOW IS IT SPREAD?

MOSQUITOES

It is typically transmitted through bites from the Aedes species of mosquitoes.

They are aggressive feeders, commonly biting multiple people in quick succession, fueling the spread of the virus.

They are most active during mid-morning and then again between late afternoon and nightfall.

SEX

Scientists have found Zika can be transmitted sexually – from both men and women.

Couples should abstain or wear condoms for eight weeks if either partner has traveled to a country with a Zika outbreak, regardless of whether they have symptoms.

MOTHER TO BABY

A mother can pass the virus to her unborn baby during pregnancy.

There are two ways this can happen: through the placenta, and through the amniotic sac.

Since the virus can live in the womb lining, there is a chance the baby can become infected during birth.

ARE THERE SYMPTOMS?

The majority of people infected with Zika virus will not experience symptoms.

Those that do, usually develop mild symptoms – fever, rash, joint pain, and red eyes – for no more than a week.

There is no specific treatment for the virus and there is currently no vaccine.

CAN THE SPREAD BE STOPPED?

Individuals can protect themselves from mosquito bites by using insect repellents.

They could also wear long sleeves and long pants – especially during daylight, when the mosquitoes tend to be most active, health officials say.

Eliminating breeding spots and controlling mosquito populations can help prevent the spread of the virus.
