Startups and Developers from San Francisco to San Jose Building IoT Solutions Have a New and More Effective Option for Wirelessly Connecting to the Cloud.

Comcast today announced that its’ enterprise Internet of Things (IoT) service, machineQ™, has activated its LoRaWAN™ IoT network in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, and now provides coverage in major technology hubs including; Cupertino, Fremont, Hayward, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Oakland, Palo Alto, Redwood City, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara, and Sunnyvale.

A rendering of the machineQ service area.

Startups and developers in the region building enterprise-grade IoT solutions can now connect to the cloud using the machineQ IoT network. The machineQ network is built using the LoRaWAN™ technology protocol, which is quickly becoming a global network standard for IoT and is currently being used by 80+ carriers in 43 countries around the globe. LoRaWAN-based technology delivers advantages over traditional wireless networks – it cuts costs due to lower power requirements, provides long-range coverage, and can penetrate hard to reach places like deep indoor and underground locations.

Santa Rosa, California-based PNI Sensor, one of the world’s foremost experts in developing high-accuracy sensor technology, is on the growing list of companies building solutions for its clients using the machineQ LoRa-based network. PNI’s PlacePod® smart parking solution provides accurate, real-time vehicle detection and location of available parking spaces for on-street and off-street public and private parking management.

“Cities utilize real-time parking data from PlacePod smart parking sensors to make it easier for drivers to find parking,” said Robin Stoecker, director of marketing at PNI Sensor. “Using machineQ’s LPWAN service, cities can utilize information from parking sensors and other connected IoT devices to make data-driven decisions aimed at reducing traffic congestion and carbon emissions caused by drivers circling for open parking spaces.”

The network deployment in the Bay Area continues the momentum of machineQ, which recently announced new customers across a range of industries including asset tracking, geo-location, water metering, facilities management and pest control that are leveraging machineQ as their LoRaWAN-based wireless connectivity platform to enable end users to make better-informed, data-based decisions. MachineQ is also providing LoRaWAN-based wireless connectivity for solutions providers in the agriculture, energy, retail, and smart cities industries.

“It was a no brainer to deliver a dense IoT network in the Bay Area, the epicenter of IoT, because it reduces costs for developers and startups in the region and opens up new business cases for the solutions they are building,” said Alex Khorram, General Manager for machineQ. “The early success we’ve had working with solution providers reinforces that there is a need for low-power, cost-effective technologies such as LoRaWAN in the rapidly growing enterprise IoT space here in the U.S. and beyond.”

“With the LoRaWAN network in San Francisco, developers are able to create long-range, low power IoT applications that will provide its community with smarter services,” said Marc Pegulu, Vice President and General Manager of Semtech’s (Nasdaq: SMTC) Wireless and Sensing Products Group. “Semtech’s LoRa Technology and machineQ’s connectivity are proven and established IoT solutions that allows enterprises to develop diverse use cases to solve daily challenges in global cities.”

The machineQ team is a sponsor of Project Kairos in the Start-Up City Showcase at IoT World from May 16-17, in Santa Clara, and businesses interested in working with machineQ can contact the team here.

Beyond the San Francisco Bay area, machineQ is deploying its LoRaWAN-based network in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, Miami, Minneapolis, Oakland, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Seattle, and Washington D.C. in 2018. For more information, visit www.machineQ.com.

ALERT: Ultrasonic Technology – New California Program Aims To Make Every Home Pest and Human-Free

COMMENT:  Soon to ration water allowing only 3 minute showers while we bathe in frequencies!

New California Program Aims To Make Every Home Pest-Free By The End Of 2018!

Saturday, June 02, 2018 | By John Wilson

Wouldn’t it be nice if you never had to kill another spider or set another mouse trap in your house? Thanks to this brand new program, millions of California residents never have to worry about seeing another spider or rodent in their house again.

Pests such as rodents, spiders and bugs are responsible for over $5 billion of property damage in the U.S. each year according to the National Pest Management Association. Rodents harbor and spread more than 200 diseases which can easily be transmitted to humans, and the amount of food destroyed by rodents and cockroaches each year is enough to feed over 200 million people. A staggering 78% of homeowners reported having pest problems in 2017.

Due to the amount of damage that has been dealt, reducing pest damage has quickly become one of California ’s highest priorities. As a result, a new program called the “California Anti-Pest Program,” was launched and it aims to reduce this damage and help residents rid their home of pests.

Ever since launching, the new program has been so effective and affordable, California residents have been taking advantage of it and are able to enjoy living in a pest-free home.

New Ultrasonic Technology Backs Up The Program…

Unlike traditional pest control companies which use harmful pesticide chemicals and are expensive, California has been looking for a safe and affordable solution to repel pests permanently. Thankfully, after years of researching, scientists have developed a brand new eco-friendly way to drive pests away, and saving California residents hundreds of dollars every year. It is a new eco-friendly device called the Ultrasonic Pest Reject that uses ultrasonic technology to get rid of pests. Because the technology/device is so incredibly effective and safe, every home can be pest-free thanks to the California Anti-Pest program. The program’s goal is to have the device installed in every home by the end of 2018. If you qualify for the program, it is only a one time cost of $40 to residents.

Unlike other products that use harsh chemicals or inhumane ways to kill pests, Pest Reject aims to prevent the problem before it even happens. By using low frequency sound waves that are undetectable to the human ear (undetectable to dog and cat ears too), Pest Reject produces an unbearable sound to both insects and rodents that repels them away. This means you never have to squish another insect or whip out a hazardous can of Raid again!

It’s extremely simple and easy to use. All you do is plug it in to an outlet and it automatically starts sending out low frequency sound waves within that room. Within a few minutes, you will notice that the presence of any pests will be completely gone!

Best of all, Pest Reject works on a wide range of different insects and rodents…

  • Spiders
  • Cockroaches
  • Ants
  • Mosquitos
  • Rats and Mice
  • Many more

It is important to note that while it works on most pests, it doesn’t work on all pests.

We tested it out for ourselves…

When we first heard about this new “super” Pest Repeller, we were a bit skeptical. But as a California resident, we decided to take advantage of the current program and got a few units to test it out ourselves.

Setup was fast and easy. We chose to test in a room where spiders, insects and roaches were spotted. We simply plugged it in a standard outlet.

We turned the Pest Reject on and gave it a few minutes. What happened next was astonishing…

We noticed that the spiders and bugs started to get ‘antsy’ and began moving away from the device. In the mean time, we didn’t hear any sound at all.

The best part about this new device is that we didn’t have to get our hands dirty and kill anything. No cleaning up dead insect bodies, no killing rodents, no nothing. Just plug the device in and let it do its magic and watch these pests simply disappear!

Now, before you decide to try this new techonology, it is important to note that it has a short-range. Usually they can work in one room but won’t cover a complete house. The device’s frequency gets weaker as it spreads further. Therefore, depending on the areas where pests may be present, you may need several units for multiple areas in your house.

The verdict: If you hate bugs and rodents in your house, you should try the Ultrasonic Pest Reject. The best part is that it doesn’t affect your dogs or cats! And if you’re not happy with it, they even offer a full refund if you’re not satisfied.

Because the technology/device is so incredibly effective and safe compared to other types of pest control, the program’s goal is to have every California resident equipped with this device. In order to reach this goal, the Ultrasonic Pest Reject company has agreed to give extreme discounts to California residents.

*Update: Tuesday, June 12, 2018* Due to limited funds, the California Anti-Pest Program discount can only be applied for the first 10,000 California residents. To see if the discount is still available, click the button below.

In This City, Police Cameras, and the Internet, Watch You

Posted 2:39 p.m. yesterday 6/8/18

NEWARK, N.J. — The camera perched above the bus stop sends back a continuous feed from the corner of 16th Avenue and South 18th Street in Newark’s West Ward. Regular customers come and go from Max’s, a convenience store, and a man without a shirt paces aimlessly on the same slice of pavement. Anyone with a fast internet connection and a desire to watch could also see Fernando Demarzino stepping out of his cousin’s barbershop.

“My girlfriend called and told me what I had in my hand,” Demarzino said on a recent evening as he stood within the camera’s line of sight. His girlfriend had heard about official camera feeds that had recently been made available online, and she was checking out the spot where she knew she was likely to find Demarzino. He had change in his hand, and she jokingly told him the image was sharp enough for her to count out three quarters. She also spotted his Jeep parked on the street.

Surveillance cameras are an inescapable fixture of the modern city. Law enforcement agencies have deployed vast networks to guard against terrorism and combat street crime. But in Newark, the police have taken an extraordinary step that few, if any, other departments in the country have pursued: They have opened up feeds from dozens of closed-circuit cameras to the public, asking viewers to assist the force by watching over the city and reporting anything suspicious.

The Citizen Virtual Patrol, as the program is called, has been hailed by officials as a move toward transparency in a city where a mistrust of the police runs deep, rooted in long-running claims of aggressive enforcement and racial animosity. The cameras, officials said, provide a way to recruit residents as Newark tries to shake a dogged reputation for violence and crime. “This is part of building a partnership,” said Anthony F. Ambrose, who, as public safety director, oversees the city’s police and fire operations. Since the program started about a month ago, he said, 1,600 users have signed into the website, and residents have been lobbying the department to add more cameras in their neighborhoods.

But the advent of the program has provoked alarm among civil liberties groups and privacy advocates. They argue that it opens a Pandora’s box of potentially devastating consequences for unsuspecting people and gives would-be stalkers or burglars a powerful tool for tracking their targets. They also argue that it pushes the police to rely heavily on the judgment of untrained civilians whose perception could be clouded by unconscious biases.

The newly installed cameras look out over strips of storefronts (some bustling and others seemingly dead), public housing complexes and rows of family homes.

“It’s not just Big Brother,” said Amol Sinha, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey. “There’s an infinite number of siblings here.”

— ‘Use It, Not Abuse It’ It is easy to spot the symptoms of Newark’s enduring struggle with poverty and blight — blocks with crumbling buildings, crater-pocked roads and storefronts whose metal grates are pulled down well before sunset. Yet also visible are signs of transformation, with mushrooming development downtown and many businesses moving in. Newark is even a finalist in Amazon’s prolonged municipal pageant to find a base for its second headquarters.

The city’s reputation has been clouded by years of ranking among the nation’s most violent communities. In 2013, Newark had the third-highest murder rate, with about 112 homicides, according to federal data, but last year, murders fell to a historic low, with about 70 homicides recorded.

The relationship between law enforcement and the city’s largely African-American and Latino population has been strained by long-running complaints of harsh policing tactics and racial profiling along with the memories of the deadly riots half a century ago. In 2016, the results of a lengthy federal investigation only confirmed those suspicions, finding that most of the police’s pedestrian stops were unjustified, use of force had been underreported and minorities were stopped more often than whites. The investigation led to the installation of a federal monitor and a consent decree.

Officials said the picture is improving, with fewer people registering complaints about police misbehavior. Ras J. Baraka, Newark’s mayor, said the citizen patrol program was a significant piece of a broader effort to mend ties with residents. The program started in April with 62 cameras placed in areas where officers are called often or locations with heavy foot traffic. Under each camera is a sign advising “This Area Is Under Video Surveillance.” More than 100 additional cameras are expected in the coming months, and eventually, police said, the video will be accessible from a smartphone app.

A police spokeswoman said the department had received several calls from residents watching the cameras, though none have led to arrests.

“We want to give residents the opportunity to look with us,” Baraka said in an interview. “It gives the community an opportunity to be engaged in police work and create a better relationship between the police and the community.”

Some critics say it could actually contribute to the problems and that the way to improve the bonds is to have more officers engage with the community and live in the city. “This is an invasive action,” said Lawrence Hamm, chairman of the People’s Organization for Progress, a civil rights group in Newark.

Yet, so far, the program has been met with support in many corners of the city, with neighborhood watch groups petitioning for more cameras and some residents believing that it could be as effective at monitoring police officers on patrol as it could be for spotting criminal activity.

“The cops need to be watched because we all make mistakes,” Quateisha Rivers, who does kitchen prep for a meal service company, said as she sat in a salon. She welcomed the cameras and brushed aside the concerns. “It’s designed for safety,” she said of the program. “We’re supposed to use it, not abuse it.”

— Livetream ‘Wild Card’

Police agencies around the world have turned to video-monitoring technology to give them fly-on-the-wall views of their cities. In Chicago, the police have established surveillance centers where officers can watch incoming feeds from some 30,000 closed-circuit cameras.

Still, criminologists and surveillance experts say research has shown that cameras have had a limited influence in deterring crime. The devices can be hugely beneficial after a crime, however, helping investigators to understand what happened and to identify suspects. In New York, surveillance video was cited as an important aid in tracking down the man later convicted of setting off a bomb in 2016 in the city.

Civil liberties groups have challenged the use of camera networks monitored by the authorities, citing threats to privacy rights and fears that minorities will be disproportionately accused of crimes. A system monitored by the public heightens their concerns.

“The wild card here is the livestream of all this stuff,” said Faiza Patel, the co-director of the Brennan Center for Justice’s Liberty and National Security Program at New York University School of Law. “It’s definitely a kind of flash point. Every individual and every community wants to be safe. The question is: How do we get safety? When you see measures like this, you have to wonder, whose safety is being protected and whose rights are being violated?” Experts said bystanders could be unreliable, noting the lack of training and a significant chance they might not recognize the influence of their own biases. They cited as evidence recent highly publicized episodes, including one last month in which police were called for a black graduate student napping in her dorm’s common room at Yale University, or in April when a white woman complained that two African-American men were grilling in an Oakland, California, park.

“Not only is the program not likely to reduce crime,” said Eric L. Piza, a former Newark police crime analyst and associate professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, “it has the potential to lead police to respond to situations they should not be responding to.”

Researchers were aware of few other similar efforts in which a video surveillance network has been made so widely available. In New Jersey, the Camden County Police started a community watch program in 2014 in which residents could apply to have restricted access to the department’s “eye in the sky” cameras in their neighborhoods.

Sinha, of the civil liberties union, said the only comparable video feeds with such unlimited access were those showing traffic or beach conditions. “This is expansive,” he said of the Newark program, “and its stated purpose is to have people snitch on one another.”

— Another Set of Eyes

Officials say the cameras do not have facial recognition technology or the ability to track specific individuals or vehicles. (The cameras were made by Panasonic, a major corporate presence in Newark.) Baraka also said the program was still in its early stages, and it might take some time to figure out the pitfalls.

Still, he and other officials dismissed the privacy worries over the cameras, arguing that they are part of a modern climate in which the prying eyes of technology — whether from private security cameras, social media or cellphones — were difficult to evade. If anything, officials said, the police needed to embrace technology to help fight crime.

“It’s definitely an aid to the police and detectives,” Ambrose said. “It’s just another set of eyes that’s helping us.”

The debate over the cameras has also underscored the mood in some parts of Newark where residents see the increased surveillance as a trade-off they are willing to make to improve conditions.

Demarzino, 54, knows well the violence that has gripped the city: His brother, he said, was fatally shot in 1995, and he was shot during a carjacking.

“That camera’s going to save a lot of lives,” he said, nodding to the one overhead. “Trust me.” He called out to Latoya Jackson, standing on the stoop of her salon across the street. The intersection has the corner store, the barbershop, a drugstore, an old sports bar with a door and windows that had been boarded up. Jackson, a native of Newark, opened the salon in March, its logo the wavy signature she had practiced since she was in third grade.

Like many residents, she was unaware of the public access to the video. She did not know she could see, any time of the day or night, a feed showing the front of her salon.

“That’s good and bad,” Jackson said. As a business owner, “it’s free security,” she said. “But it’s not good for me as a civilian person.”

Canada warns immigrants in U.S. about heading north of the border 6/8/18

Canada warns immigrants in U.S. about heading north of the border

Fearful they will be deported by the Trump administration, thousands of immigrants are illegally crossing from the U.S. into Canada in hopes of being granted asylum. (Aug. 9) AP

MIAMI — As President Trump travels north to Canada to attend the G7 summit, Canadian officials have been heading south to try to stem a wave of undocumented immigrants headed their way.

In what has become an increasingly regular mission, Canadian representatives visited the U.S this week to warn immigrants fearful over President Trump’s immigration crackdown that they can’t simply rush north of the border to find safe haven.

Randy Boissonnault, a liberal member of Parliament and a special advisor to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, visited South Florida this week to try to educate would-be immigrants about the limitations of the Canadian immigration system.

In the past year, Canada has seen bursts of U.S.-based immigrants crossing illegally into Canada, mostly into the Quebec province that borders New York and other northeastern U.S. states.

In August, Royal Canadian Mounted Police caught more than 5,500 people trying to illegally cross from the U.S. Those were mostly Haitian immigrants who will soon lose Temporary Protected Status as part of the Trump administration’s phase-out of the TPS program that has protected more than 300,000 people from countries struck by war and natural disasters.

Only about 8% of their asylum application have been approved, however, meaning the vast majority have been turned down and are being deported straight back to their home countries.

“People seem to think that if they cross the border there’s this land of milk and honey on the other side,” Boissonnault said from the Canadian consulate in Miami on Thursday. “What we want is for people to have the right information. We want them to do the right thing for their families.”

The Canadians started conducting their visits to the U.S. last summer, when they first saw their illegal immigration numbers going up. They’ve visited Los Angeles, where many Mexican and Central American immigrants live. And they’ve made several trips to the Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami.

This week, Boissonnault met with groups that work with a variety of immigrants in South Florida. He even went on a Radio Caracol, a Spanish-language station, to explain the realities of immigration using his best Spanish.

Olga Radchenko, director of parliamentary affairs for Canada’s Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, said officials in their 12 consulates around the U.S. have been trying to deliver the same message. And by this summer, the Miami consulate will have a new full-time officer whose responsibilities will include outreach to communities most likely to try to illegally enter Canada.

“Canadians are broadly supportive of immigration,” Radchenko said. “But Canadians truly believe in order and well-managed immigration.”

Part of the reason many immigrants try their luck in Canada is the way the country has responded to the global refugee crisis.

The country has been increasing the total number of immigrants it admits each year. It’s on pace to accept 310,000 permanent residents this year, with a goal of increasing the annual total to 340,000 by 2020.

The Canadian government has also increased the number of refugees it accepts to help ease the burden on European countries that are overwhelmed with people fleeing war and famine in the Middle East and Africa. The country is planning to accept about 43,000 refugees this year, increasing that to nearly 49,000 by 2020.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration has been trying to limit legal immigration and has at times completely halted the refugee program in the name of national security.

The administration is pushing legislation to reduce the number of legal immigrants admitted to the country, and it set a cap of 45,000 refugees for 2018, the lowest number since Congress passed the Refugee Act in 1980. The administration may not even reach that number, however, as it has only approved 14,887 refugees through Friday with less than four months left in the fiscal year.

The Canadian officials would not comment on the Trump administration’s actions on immigration, but they emphasized how Canada, like the United States, is a land of immigrants that must always welcome those searching for a better life.

Boissonnault told the story of his forefathers, who first landed in Canada in 1642. He said it makes no difference, however, whether someone’s family has lived in Canada for “four centuries, four decades, four months or four minutes: A Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian.”

“Other than indigenous peoples…our country has been built on, and will continue to be built on, immigration,” he said. “But if you cross the border illegally, you will be breaking the law. You will be apprehended. And after that, you will be in detention.”

DONALD TRUMP MAINTAINS THE “WAR ON TERROR”!

On October 20, 2017 Donald Trump signed Executive Order 13814 extending the state of emergency. Like all of the Presidents since 1933, Trump maintained the unconstitutional powers the state of emergency authorizes.

Under federal law, a national emergency declaration lasts for only one year, meaning that the 9/11 terrorist-threat national emergency has now been re-declared 16 times. And the number of agencies the White House has created to deal with the ‘national emergency’ has grown to over 600 – the worst and most insidious being the Department of Homeland Security.

Arron Russo explained the “War on Terror” fraud to Alex Jones:

Those is the White House have kept the national emergency game going since FDR launched his unconstitutional “New Deal” in 1933. This scam was exposed by a Senate Committee in 1973. Here are excerpts from their report (Senate Report 93-549):

Page 3

The Special Committee on the Termination of the National Emergency was created to examine the consequences of terminating the declared states of national emergency that now prevail . . .

In accordance with this mandate, the Special Committee-in conjunction with the Executive branch, expert constitutional authorities, as well as former high officials of this Government is now engaged in a detailed study to determine the most reasonable ways to restore normalcy to the operations of our Government.

Page 19

It became apparent, too, that the United States Government has been operating under an unrelieved state of emergency of 40 years’ duration.

Pg 2

Since  March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency.

Page 8

In his first important official act, Roosevelt proclaimed a National Bank Holiday on the basis of the 1917 Trading With the Enemy Act . . .  [Which made the American people the “enemy” during a declared war or national emergency.]

Page 11

For example, the economic measures that were passed in 1933 pursuant to the proclamation of March 5, 1933, by President Roosevelt, asserting that a state of national emergency now existed, were enacted in the most turbulent circumstances. There was a total of only 8 hours of debate in both houses. There were no committee reports; indeed, only one copy of the bill was available on the floor.

Pg 2

These proclamations give force to 470 provisions of Federal law. These hundreds of statutes delegate to the President extraordinary powers, ordinarily exercised by the Congress, which affect the lives of American citizens in a host of all-encompassing manners. This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough authority to rule the country without reference to normal Constitutional processes.

Page 2

Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may:
seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens.

Page 5

A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency.

Page 11

But emergency powers laws are of such significance to civil liberties, to the operation of domestic and foreign commerce, and the general functioning of the U.S. Government, that, in microcosm, they reflect dominant trends in the political, economic, and judicial life in the United States.

Page 10

Because Congress and the public are unaware of the extent of emergency powers, there has never been any notable congressional or public objection made to this state of affairs. Nor have the courts imposed significant limitations.

[NOTE: It was 40 years in 1973. It was  84 years in 2017.]

According to Alan Sabrosky of the Army War College, 9/11 was a false flag. The real terrorists on 9/11 was Israel’s Mossad working with neo-cons in the White House.  See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DBffxLY6OY8  Just as Nick Rockefeller told Arron Russo before 9/11, a “War on Terror” was pre-planned and launched on September 11, 2001. And, it is still being waged on Americans 16 years later.

voting-machineWhat we are now witnessing in the media is the ‘Presidential Dog and Pony Show of 2016’ designed to convince Americans that their lives will improve if ‘their’ guy gets elected.

For many years American voters have gone to the polls, selected what they thought was the lesser of two evils, pulled the lever in the voting booth and hoped for a change.

In spite of what Clinton, Bush, and Obama promised in their election campaigns, the only changes we have gotten over the past twenty years were for the worse. More jobs have been lost, more rules/restrictions have been implemented and we now find ourselves living in a surveillance state whereby the only real terrorists are illegal immigrants and our own police. Did you know that after 9/11 Israeli loyalists paid for law enforcement personnel to travel to Israel and learn how to treat the general public as terrorists?

Here are seven reasons why voting in American is a waste of time:

1.) Presidents are CEO’s of the federal corporation who are “selected” by the Bilderburgers – they are not “elected” by the people. They are puppets for the international bankers and they must implement anti-American globalization policies (like GATT, NAFTA, and the TPP) on the banksters behalf.

2.) The other so-called representatives people supposedly vote for have to promise favors to raise enough money for their election campaigns. This system is accurately referred to as “pay to play politics”. Consequently nearly all those seeking office are compromised from the get-go.

3.) Once elected, the so-called government representatives work for the interests of the city, county, state or federal corporations. They are obligated to function within their corporate charters, which allow them to set up huge rainy day funds called CAFRs. They do not work for the people and merely use the general public as a source of revenue for their own goals.

4.) Our political system is rigged to prevent third party candidates from winning. It is designed to keep the Hatfields (Republicans) and the McCoys (Democrats) doing battle as a distraction while the banksters continue to loot the country.

From the Banker’s Manifesto of 1892.

“History repeats itself in regular cycles. This truth is well known among our principal men who are engaged in forming an imperialism of the world. While they are doing this, the people must be kept in a state of political antagonism.

“The question of tariff reform must be urged through the organization known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection with the reciprocity must be forced to view through the Republican Party.

“By thus dividing voters, we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us, except as teachers to the common herd. Thus, by discrete action, we can secure all that has been so generously planned and successfully accomplished.”

5.) The voting process itself was seized by the people’s enemies quite awhile ago. Most voting machines can be electronically hacked. (See: Computer programmer testifies under oath he coded computers to rig elections.) And, according to the author of VoteScam, James Collier (See: Voting is a Scam), the media reports the winners based on the wishes of insiders and there is no real way for the public to verify the results of any election.

6.) Congress has no real power. The so-called “agency network” (450+) and their attorneys run the country during a national emergency. The people do not elect the heads of these so-called agencies. They are all political appointees and none of them work for the people. Our country has been in a prolonged state of “national emergency” since 1933.  See: Senate Report 93-549

7.) Lawyers run the country, not the elected representatives. As Yale law professor Fred Rodell exposed back in 1939 in his book Woe Unto You, Lawyers!

“It is the lawyers who run our civilization for us – our governments, our business, our private lives. Most legislators are lawyers; they make our laws. Most presidents, governors, commissioners, along with their advisers and brain-trusters are lawyers; they administer our laws. All the judges are lawyers; they interpret and enforce our laws. There is no separation of powers where the lawyers are concerned. There is only a concentration of all government power – in the lawyers. As the schoolboy put it, ours is “a government of lawyers, not of men.””

Why you need to cancel your voter registration

It is not enough to merely stop wasting time in a voting booth. There are presumptions built into being a registered voter.

Initially when you registered to vote, it is presumed that you believed in our form of government (Federalism) and wanted to participate.

When you vote, it is presumed you still believe in our form of government (Federalism) and still want to participate.

The Secretary of State for each state keeps a list of registered voters. Thus, they know how many people in their state approve of our form of government (Federalism) and still wish to participate.

When you registered to vote, you volunteered to define yourself as a US Citizen, as only “US citizens” are eligible to vote. However, when you volunteer to be a “US citizen” you are actually defining your political character. According to the “Federalism” doctrine that CEO Bill Clinton brought into our world by signing Executive Order 13132 in 1999:

Section 2

(d) The people of the States are free, subject only to restrictions in the Constitution itself or in constitutionally authorized Acts of Congress, to define the moral, political, and legal character of their lives.

Defining your political character as a US Citizen creates the presumption that all of the rules, restrictions, regulations and UCC codes of the commercial corporate government – no matter how inane – apply to you.

Some claim we obligate ourselves to the current commercial legal system with our Social Security number, however getting a Social Security Card is required by employers before they are willing to hire us. We are coerced into complying.

Others say we obligate ourselves to the current commercial legal system by using Federal Reserve Notes. But, since we have no alternative currency with which we can pay our utility bills, we comply out of necessity.

However, there is no coercion nor necessity involved with voter registration. It represents a purely voluntary choice to define your political character as a US Citizen.

If you are a registered voter you have nothing to gain by maintaining that status and a lot to lose.

Canceling your voter registration

So, how do we cancel our voter registration and kill the presumptions it represents?

The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 “allows the removal of a registrant’s name from the list of eligible voters, provided the information is confirmed in writing by the registrant.” It is not difficult to locate the appropriate government office to notify, as the United States Election Assistance Commission has compiled a directory identifying the entities to contact for each state.

This is the process I would use:

Step 1

Locate the appropriate entity to notify by clicking on the Election Assistance Commission’s Election Directory for Cancellation Notices.

Here are the cancellation ‘rules’ in the Ohio Revised Code:

3503.21 Occurrences resulting in cancellation of registration.

The filing by a registered elector [voter] of a written request with a board of elections, on a form prescribed by the secretary of state and signed by the elector [voter], that the registration be canceled. The filing of such a request does not prohibit an otherwise qualified elector [voter] from reregistering to vote at any time.

If you don’t have access to a computer, just call the office of the Secretary of State in your state. They will be able to tell you what is needed.

Step 2

Do an online search for a cancellation form for the location on the list that applies to you. If you cannot find the form, contact the entity listed in the directory and request one.

Example of voter registration cancellation notice for Ohio

Step 3

Fill out the form, sign it and save a copy for your records.

NOTE: On the cancellation form for LA County, there was a non-citizen box to check. On the Ohio form there was not. So as I live in Ohio, I wrote the following above my name:

“This cancellation represents a declaration of my non US citizen political status.”

Step 4

Mail it in.

To nullify the only truly voluntary action we take that obligates us to the corporate commercial entity currently called ‘government’ – is a very important first step towards regaining our unalienable rights.

Tanzania orders all unregistered bloggers to take down their sites – 6/11/18

By Fumbuka Ng’wanakilala

DAR ES SALAAM, June 11 (Reuters) – Tanzania ordered all unregistered bloggers and online forums on Monday to suspend their websites immediately or face criminal prosecution, as critics accuse the government of tightening control of internet content.

Several sites, including popular online discussion platform Jamiiforums, said on Monday they had temporarily shut down after the state-run Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) warned it would take legal action against all unlicensed websites.

Regulations passed in March made it compulsory for bloggers and owners of other online forums such as YouTube channels to register with the government and pay up to $900 for a licence. Per capita income in Tanzania is slightly below $900 a year.

Digital activists say the law is part of a crackdown on dissent and free speech by the government of President John Magufuli, who was elected in 2015. Government officials argue the new rules are aimed at tackling hate speech and other online crimes, including cyberbullying and pornography.

“Smart pavement” being installed in Colorado

The Colorado Department of Transportation has awarded a $2.75 million contract to a Kansas City company called Integrated Roadways (www.integratedroadways.com) for a pilot “smart pavement” project. It will be installed on a half-mile stretch of U.S. 285 near Fairplay, Colorado south of Breckenridge.

Integrated Roadways is partnering with Kiewit Infrastructure Co., Cisco Systems, WSP Global and Wichita Concrete Pipe for the pilot project.

This is being developed along with 5G as part of the nationwide infrastructure for driverless cars.
