Pulsative Manipulation of Nervous Systems Method and apparatus for manipulating the nervous system by imparting subliminal pulsative cooling to the subject’s skin at a frequency that is suitable for the excitation of a sensory resonance. At present, two major sensory resonances are known, with frequencies near 1/2 Hz and 2.4 Hz. The 1/2 Hz sensory resonance causes relaxation, sleepiness, ptosis of the eyelids, a tonic smile, a “knot” in the stomach, or sexual excitement, depending on the precise frequency used. The 2.4 Hz resonance causes the slowing of certain cortical activities, and is characterized by a large increase of the time needed to silently count backward from 100 to 60, with the eyes closed. The invention can be used by the general public for inducing relaxation, sleep, or sexual excitement, and clinically for the control and perhaps a treatment of tremors, seizures, and autonomic system disorders such as panic attacks. Embodiments shown are a pulsed fan to impart subliminal cooling pulses to the subject’s skin, and a silent device which induces periodically varying flow past the subject’s skin, the flow being induced by pulsative rising warm air plumes that are caused by a thin resistive wire which is periodically heated by electric current pulses.

A U.S. Army lab is testing how lasers can create an energized plasma channel in the air — an invisible pathway for electricity to follow. The laser-guided lightning weapon could precisely hit targets such as enemy tanks or unexploded roadside bombs, because such targets represent better conductors for electricity than the ground.
Army researchers used an “ultra-short-pulse laser of modest energy” that keeps the laser beam focused through its own intensity. The laser’s electro-magnetic field can harvest electrons from air molecules to create the plasma pathway for electricity to follow.
By some trick of physics, very intense laser beams focus themselves in air. And when they are intensive enough, laser beams generate an electro-magnetic field “strong enough to rip electrons off of air molecules.”
Directed energy weapons can do quite a lot… I know that many secrets lie in electromagnetics when it comes to future technologies and methodologies. Lightning directed energy weapons isn’t even 1% of it…

The present invention relates to a method for the generation of high-energy microwave pulses, in particular those based on HPEM technology, wherein a pulse, preferably a so-called DS pulse, is generated by way of a pulse generator that is fed from an energy source. In 1961 Congress allocated funding for the creation of a weather modification
program headed by the Bureau of Reclamation. Project Skywater came fifteen years after
Irving Langmuir, Vincent Schaefer, and Bernard Vonnegut of the General Electric
Laboratories in Schenectady, New York, successfully demonstrated that “seeding” clouds
with nucleating agents like dry ice (carbon dioxide) and silver iodide produced rain.
Skywater aimed to demonstrably prove that there was a practical basis for weather
modification, as it was popularly called, in terms of cost-benefit and environmental
sensibility. Nevertheless, the task was both daunting and singular. The science behind

They go on to say “There will be climate deniers in the comments. There always are, but these people are a very vocal minority. There is no longer any doubt that human activity has drastically affected the rate of climate change. And we have mountains of peer reviewed evidence to prove it. If you’re one of the the people who thinks Climate Change is a hoax, just consider who benefits from this lie: 1) Fossil fuel advocates, 2) special interest groups and members of US industries and governments that are heavily dependent on the fossil fuel industry for donations. They are selling your future and your children’s future for a quick buck. LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE. DO YOUR RESEARCH. This shouldn’t be controversial. “
It goes on to explain that the IPCC was founded as part of an intergovernmental arm of the UN in 1988. It says that “it does not publish Climate Change reports but reviews them and assesses them from thousands of groups and scientists worldwide. These scientists contribute to the body of work on a voluntary basis, meaning none of them receive money from any outside special interest group.”
“Once the IPCC has its report published, the document subjected a line-by-line approval by delagates from each participating government – usually is reviewed by a delagates from more than 120 countries. The IPCC is the internationally accepted authority on Climate Change and its reports have the agreement of leading scientists and each participating government. So, in short, when the IPCC issues its report on climate Change, the world knows it’s the real deal. The 2018 Report is called: SR15 but is long, so use the Summary for Policy Makers (30 pages).”
It states that we have 12 years to drastically change the course of our future. The race now is to keep change at less than 1 degree. Then, there’s a lot of talk about imagining what areas will do when……. sea levels rise, etc.
SR15 has hard numbers. The disparity between 1 and 1.5 degrees and 2 degrees movement is awful…….lots of examples. Nothing left of coral reefs, etc. No fishing left, etc. Other negative effects.
“Populations that will suffer most will be poorer and less developed countries, and those in fragile ecosystems like coastal and agricultural areas. Legislation designed to protect the environment has been rolled back or repealed entirely, and individuals in the pocket of the fossil fuel industry are at the reins of the very groups that could enact positive change and stop this downward spiral. But say by some miracle the world that we’re going to meet the challenge to keep temperature rise below 2 degrees celsius, what would that require:
In short, the single most monumental shift in ENERGY, PUBLIC POLICY AND PERSONAL LIFESTYLE AND CONSUMPTION HABITS IN HISTORY, we would need to transition to 100% renewable energy. STOP USING FOSSIL FUELS FOR TRANSPORTATION. THE MEANS STOPPING PRODUCTION OF GASOLINE POWERED CARS, SHIPS, TRAINS AND AIRPLANES, STOP CUTTING DOWN TREES AND START CUTTING THEM BY THE THOUSANDS, STOP FACTORY FARMING AND AT LEAST DRASTICALLY REDUCE THE WORLD’S MEAT INTAKE, AND HOPEFULLY TRANSITION TO LAB GROWN MEATS OR OTHER ALTERNATIVES. ”
