EXCLUSIVE: Doctors Reveal Details of “Neuro-Weapon Attacks” in Havana . . .CUBA

http://www.nationaldefensemagazine.org/articles/2018/9/6/exclusive-doctors-reveal-details-of-neuroweapon-attacks-in-havana

EXCERPT:

Directed energy weapons intended to disrupt or damage their victims’ brains were the most likely source of a series of mysterious attacks singling out U.S. personnel assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Cuba in 2017, three doctors involved in the investigation have told National Defense in exclusive interviews.

The three experts were contacted by the State Department to investigate 25 cases of government employees working in Cuba who complained of suddenly hearing noises, pressure in their ears, followed by symptoms such as headaches, vertigo, dizziness and loss of cognitive functions.

The team of three experts concluded that incident was a widescale use of electronics to carry out a so-called neuro-weapon attack. Neuro-weapons are an emerging, but little understood threat that is compounded by the ease in which they can be purchased on the internet.

“I think we are turning a page,” said Dr. James Giordano, a professor at the departments of neurology and biochemistry at Georgetown University Medical Center and chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program at the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics. The Pentagon has taken notice of the event and Giordano and the two other team members will be briefing the J3, joint chiefs of staff, on Sept. 7.

DYING YOUNG: Alarming increase in Millennials 18-34 Getting Strokes

INSIDER COMMENT:
The statistics are rolling in on increasing rates of strokes in younger people.
No one will tell the millennials their fast food diets “equate” to the fast uploads they demand from computers which are impacting their health – both a slow kill.
The USA, Inc. corporate food containing flour, sugar and chemical additives IS intended to cause obesity, sluggishness, foggy thinking, and create disease, shorter life spans, and death.
No one will admit that the millennials were orphaned by parents too busy working to take care of them.  Overly worked parents relied on quick fast food to feed their children and school cafeterias to serve up lunch – a variety of deficient processed foods.
No one will tell millennials that the vaccinations given to them slowly stroked them out with each vaccine they were jabbed with.  Many dead doctors have been sounding the alarm and have paid the price for attempting to expose the medical fraudsters falsifying the vaccine records that the CDC and WHO were promoting.
No one will tell millennials the wireless technologies they use are activating dormant vaccine viruses that cause immune deficiencies and strokes intended to be another slow method of health decline.
We also need to ask how many millennials are targeted individuals?  How many millennials are being shot with directed energy weapons, gang stalked and assassinated?  Stroked out with DEW’s!
How many millennials have wireless phones, lap tops, and sit for hours gaming where cell connections are facilitated with WiFi?  Scientific studies document the damage to human DNA from the wireless world we now live in that has greatly impacted the millennials.
No one will discuss the health effects of the continual aerosol spraying programs (chemtrails) and how we are all dying younger.  Many of the millennials are compromised with weakened immune systems and have been deceived and setup for these health consequences.
The bigger question is WHY are the doctors surprised?  Why are the doctors saying the reasons for these trends are not entirely clear?  REALLY?
The questions are how long are we going to continue to be KILLED by all the assaults of the illegitimate corporate depoplulation agendas of a government that exists in NAME ONLY?
Our government is a network of corporations that has long advanced policies designed to determine the minimum and optimum levels of destruction of Life, Property and Natural Resources.
All of these goals have been incrementally advanced as to not create a crisis in public confidence.
So, why should the increase strokes in millennials ages 18-34 years of age come as an ALARM?

REPORT: ATTACK on OUR ELECTRIC GRID – ELECTROMAGNETIC DEFENSE TASK FORCE

Introduction to Electromagnetic Defense Task Force
The electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) is a broad area of activity characterized by physically observable activities such as visible light and
lasers and unobservable phenomena such as microwaves and electromagnetic energy. EMS manifests through various frequencies and wavelengths
produced by natural sources like solar storms or artificially by hardware such
as radar or nuclear weapons. EMS impacts every domain of warfare.
On 20–22 August 2018, the Electromagnetic Defense Task Force (EDTF)
hosted an inaugural summit in the National Capital Region (NCR). The summit was designed to aid and encourage actions to recover footing where our
technological lead in EMS is being challenged. The summit was also designed
to address direct EMS threats to the United States and its allies. While some
issues have existed since the 1960s, the window of opportunity to mitigate
some electromagnetic threats is closing. Meanwhile, many existing threats
have gained prominence due to almost universal integration of silica-based
technologies into all aspects of modern technology and society.

BIZARRE CLOUDS OF ALUMINUM-COATED MATERIAL APPEAR ON RADAR ACROSS THE US December 13, 2018

https://www.blacklistednews.com/article/69732/bizarre-clouds-of-aluminumcoated-material-appear-on-radar-across-the.html

EXCERPT:

On Monday night, a mysterious radar blip appeared over southern Illinois and western Kentucky. It lingered for over 10 hours, having traveled for nearly 140 miles before disappearing. The National Weather Service was stunned – the blips resembled a moving storm, but it wasn’t even raining.

— NWS Paducah (@NWSPaducah) December 10, 2018

The internet was quickly on the case, with social media users sharing their theories. Some suggested that the blips may have been a result of debris from a passing meteor, a simple flock of birds, chemical residue from government weather control, and even aliens.

An Indiana meteorologist tweeted that a pilot claims the mystery was no mystery at all and could be explained by radar-jamming material being released by a Lockheed C-130 Hercules aircraft.

Information from a pilot appears to confirm that chaff was the mysterious radar echo that traversed #tristatewx late Monday afternoon/evening. Pilot was told by EVV Air Traffic Control that chaff was released by a military C130 northwest of Evansville. @NWSPaducah

— Wayne Hart (@Wayne_C_Hart) December 11, 2018

While the mysterious blips may have been a result of military aircraft, all nearby military bases contend that they didn’t have anything to do with it.

“Whatever aircraft it was, it was not a Scott Air Force Base craft,” Master Sgt. Thomas Doscher said Tuesday. Scott Air Force Base is located in Illinois, east of St. Louis, MO.

A spokesperson for Fort Campbell, located in Kentucky, was not aware of any operation involving a C-130 during the time the mysterious blip appeared on radar. He added, however, that if a plane were involved, it would have been due to a secret special forces exercise.

The War Zone says that the blip was indeed a result of chaff from a C-130 returning home at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base in Charleston after a training exercise on the West Coast.

The National Weather Service later tweeted in support of this theory.

PG&E’s “FIRE” – SubContractors Fired After Camp Fire Photos Spark Outrage . . .

Contractors Fired After Camp Fire Photos Spark Outrage  December 17, 2018

BUTTE COUNTY, Calif. – Three contractors working to help clean up the Camp Fire were fired after offensive pictures posted online sparked outrage in the Paradise Community.

The photos were posted on Facebook showing several workers on a burned-out property, mocking the destruction they were being paid to clean up.

One photo shows the body of a cat killed in the fire, with a beer bottle placed by its mouth. The posts also included offensive captions.

A Paradise city spokesperson said that police are also looking into whether the photos show evidence of laws broken, like trespassing.

The company responsible for the crew in the photos fired three employees connected to the online posts Saturday.

“We have identified three participants in this abhorrent event and their employment has been terminated,” said Randy Smith, a member of the corporate counsel for the company. “Bigge Regrets that the residents of Paradise and Butte County have suffered an egregious insult during an already devastating time at the hands of three individuals.”

The company that fired the three employees was hired as a sub-contractor under PG&E.

The utility released a statement on the incident, calling the pictures “reprehensible.”

VACCINATIONS REQUIRED: Argentina Creates Mandatory Vaccination Law For Passport, ID, Driver’s License, School & More

http://vaccineimpact.com/2018/argentina-creates-mandatory-vaccination-law-for-passport-id-drivers-license-school-more/

EXCERPT:

n order to renew the DNI, passport and registration, the complete vaccination card must be presented.

The Senate approved on Wednesday a law that establishes the obligatory nature and free of vaccination against preventable diseases for all the inhabitants of the country, and stipulates that the complete vaccination card will be required at the time of processing the DNI, passport and driving record , among others.

The project was promoted by the Tucuman deputy Pablo Yedlin (Front Justicialista by Tucumán), and will replace the law 22,909, which is in force since 1983. So far, the mandatory vaccination applies only to children and the new project will be made extensive also to adults. The gratuity of the vaccines, in as much, happened in fact, but from now on it will be protected by law.

According to the text itself, it will be the Executive, through the Ministry of Health of the Nation, which must regulate in a term of 120 days the fine print of the norm for its specific application.

Harvard’s $39B Endowment Is Secretly Acquiring California’s Water Supply

INSIDER COMMENT and The Rest of The Story:

Harvard is part of the Establishment run directly by the Cabal. This is land theft and creating the illusion that water is being bought up by these schemes.

Of course, we have Primary Water and Harvard is NOT buying up the water in all of California, only on the land they own or are purchasing. Harvard is buying land, and water comes with land.

Again, the idea that Harvard is acquiring California’s water supply would pertain directly to the land they own or are purchasing, and NOT California’s water supply.

This story is to further create the illusion we are running out of water, and to advance the urgency to build MORE sewer/urine waste water treatment plants to poison us through the municipal water delivery systems.
