They were sitting in their homes, or the hotel, when they suddenly felt the symptoms: a loud noise exposure, a pressure sensation, ear pain, then ringing in the ears and dizziness. A day later there were some cognitive deficits reported. They would actually say that if they moved in their domicile (their place of dwelling), the beam – would follow them.
“People were hit from all branches of the State Department, but certain branches were hit more than others.”
Victims also had a unique pattern of cognitive disorders.
Directed energy weapons can cause these injuries by creating “cavitation,” or air pockets, in fluids near the inner ear. The shape of the inner ear amplifies sounds and waveforms to cause the effect. The process creates air bubbles, or cavities, that eventually burst.
Near the inner ear are two pathways carrying blood to the brain – the cochlear aqueduct and the vestibular aqueduct. The bubbles can travel rapidly up the aqueducts into the brain where they can “function as a stroke.” The Office of Naval Research, was familiar with a body of scientific research, mostly conducted by ONR from the early 1960s to the late 1980s, on directed energy weapons and their effects on the inner ear. The research sought to identify the human head’s susceptibility to directed energy exposures.

Directed energy weapons intended to disrupt or damage their victims’ brains were the most likely source of a series of mysterious attacks singling out U.S. personnel assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Cuba in 2017, three doctors involved in the investigation have told
National Defense in exclusive interviews.
The three experts were contacted by the State Department to investigate 25 cases of government employees working in Cuba who complained of suddenly hearing noises, pressure in their ears, followed by symptoms such as headaches, vertigo, dizziness and loss of cognitive functions.
The team of three experts concluded that incident was a widescale use of electronics to carry out a so-called neuro-weapon attack. Neuro-weapons are an emerging, but little understood threat that is compounded by the ease in which they can be purchased on the internet.
“I think we are turning a page,” said Dr. James Giordano, a professor at the departments of neurology and biochemistry at Georgetown University Medical Center and chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program at the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics. The Pentagon has taken notice of the event and Giordano and the two other team members will be briefing the J3, joint chiefs of staff, on Sept. 7. Neurotechnology in National Security and Defense: Practical Considerations, Neuroethical Concerns.
The attacks occurred at the victims’ homes
, with the exception of two cases that took place in a hotel known to accommodate diplomats and other U.S. personnel, said Dr. Michael Hoffer, director of the Vestibular and Balance Program at the University of Miami’s Department of Otolaryngology. Hoffer was the first physician to examine the victims on site in Cuba, and later in Miami.
“I thought they were being targeted. I still believe they were being targeted,” he said. Those he examined said they were sitting in their homes, or the hotel, when they suddenly felt the symptoms: a loud noise exposure, a pressure sensation, ear pain, then ringing in the ears and dizziness. A day later there were some cognitive deficits reported.
“They would actually say that if they moved in their domicile, the beam – as it were – would follow them. Except the minute they opened the front door, it went off,” Hoffer said.
Hoffer carried out a series of preliminary tests on 100 personnel assigned to the embassy last summer, as well as 10 people who were in the same residences of the victims at the time of the attack, but in other rooms. No symptoms were found in the 100 other employees.
Being in Havana shortly after the attacks and before news had reached the media was important because it gave Hoffer valuable insights, he said. Other than speaking to one another about the symptoms, the victims were not influenced by newspaper accounts. In addition, he arrived relatively soon after the attacks when their memories of what happened were fresh, and none of them had received any medical treatment. He also had the opportunity to see where the incidents occurred. “I literally looked and walked at the places that were hit,” he said. Most of the victims also worked in a particular part of the embassy, he added. “They were really good at targeting,” he said of those who carried out the attacks. The homes were clustered in certain neighborhoods where diplomats reside, he added. “People were hit from all branches of the State Department, but certain branches were hit more than others,” he said.
Thirty-five potential victims – the 25 who reported symptoms plus the 10 who were in the residences at the same time – were flown to Miami where an interdisciplinary team of experts from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine carried out a battery of more detailed tests.
Hoffer was able to quickly rule out the possibility that they had experienced a traumatic brain injury, or TBI. As a retired Navy captain and doctor, he had examined more than 3,000 service members who had experienced TBI and that was not it. Plus, none of the victims had reported injuring their head. The team recorded “objective findings of balance disorders” on 100 percent of the 25 victims, who had reported the symptoms. Everyone was abnormal in at least one balance test. “We made sure they were ‘super’ abnormal not just ‘barely’ abnormal, Hoffer said. The 10 people who were in the same buildings at the time of the attacks showed no symptoms.
The 25 victims also had a unique pattern of cognitive disorders that the co-lead of the team, the university’s director of neuropsychology Dr. Bonnie Levin, picked up, he said.

There were 19 complete sets of data derived from the 25 victims after the University of Miami team completed the tests. The State Department put Hoffer together in a team with Giordano and Dr. Carey Balaban, a professor of otolaryngology, bioengineering, neurobiology and communication and science disorders, at the University of Pittsburgh.
The three independently examined all the data using different approaches, but came to the same conclusions. They ruled out TBI because the damage was not consistent with such injuries. Toxins such as heavy metals or high doses of certain medications that cause similar inner ear problems were not present, and the damage not consistent. Balaban, who works with the Office of Naval Research, was familiar with a body of scientific research, mostly conducted by ONR from the early 1960s to the late 1980s, on directed energy weapons and their effects on the inner ear. The research sought to identify the human head’s susceptibility to directed energy exposures. The papers helped form part of his conclusions.
“The likelihood of multiple sources of energy of acoustic and radio frequencies … is there, we just don’t know what it was,” he said.
The team could not conclude exactly what method the perpetrators used on the victims, but narrowed it down to several possibilities: drugs alone was deemed “unlikely.” Ultrasonic (acoustic) exposures
they judged “very possible and likely.” Electromagnetic pulsing was also rated “very possible and probable.” Microwave energy was deemed possible, but “unlikely.”
There was another possibility
– but more information was needed to know – that the attackers used a combination of a drug that was activated by the directed energy weapon.
Balaban said there was another possible method: pulsed lasers. “Near infrared lasers penetrate pretty far into the head,” he said. “All of these weapons can produce cavitation in fluids and can produce these effects,” he added. The three team members agreed that “saying [the Cuba attacks] are one thing or another is foolhardy,” Balaban said.
“Can we know who did it? I’m not quite sure. Do we know what they were exposed to? Hard to tell. But it points out this [knowledge] gap that we need to fill,” Balaban said. The case has drawn a great deal of attention within the Pentagon and at Special Operations Command, he said. The information was recently declassified and the three have given briefings to SOCOM and to the Air Force’s AFWERX. Balaban is working on a grant with ONR to reproduce the attack in a laboratory setting so it can be better understood. The trio plans to publish a paper as soon as possible with the results for all to see. One theory is that the victims were being used as a test – basically human guinea pigs – and the perpetrators are hoping the U.S. publishes test results that can help them fine-tune or better understand how to use these weapons. Balaban said that kind of data will not be made public. Meanwhile, “Pandora’s box is open as far as making these kinds of things,” Balaban said. Devices that can be used in ultrasonic attacks, for example, are readily available on the internet for less than $300. The off-the-shelf devices are intended to repulse vermin such as rats and insects and have a range of about 30 to 40 feet, he said.
“We are facing a threat
. And an important thing is to figure out the battlespace we are dealing with here and make some solutions,” Balaban said. “It’s the perfect kind of gray warfare. It’s a very good way to degrade your opponent’s capabilities so you can exploit it with conventional means.”
Such weapons could be used clandestinely against a political leader, for example, to ultimately destabilize a society
, Giordano said. “I think what you are beginning to see is a greater likelihood for targeting the brain
in these ways – both in regard to its structure and its functions, which includes cognitions, emotions and behaviors – in ways that are going to be disruptive on a variety of scales from systems in the individual to systems in the social and political” realm, he said.
Balaban added: “We have a plausible set of vulnerabilities – areas we know nothing about, neuro-weapons, that have been used asymmetrically. We have to figure out what the heck this is.”

Then I thought well, maybe the Masons is an exclusive down low club. It would not be far outside of the realm of possibility considering that we are talking about Diddy and Jay Z.

But you don’t hear much about Black Freemasonry probably due to Freemasonry’s innate racism, so perhaps it’s their dirty little secret they’re not so proud of. Even Oprah Winfrey’s known membership in the Easter Star organization, the women’s branch of Freemasonry, is played down.
Epilogue
What surprises me about Black Freemasonry is the apparent ignorance of African Americans of Freemasonry’s outright racism and history of racial genocide.
Freemasons and the Illuminati have been on a stated campaign to decimate indigenous populations for centuries, from remote tribes around the world to the ravaging of the Native American and Canadian indigenous populations.
The most recent attack has been the horrific engineering of the AIDS epidemic in Africa, followed by this morbid “decade of vaccines”campaign to sterilize and infect Africans. If you research the subject you’ll find several other deliberately introduced pathogens amongst African Americans over the years, often disguised as “scientific trials”. All that nevermind America’s roots in slavery and inbred racism to this day, all ingrained in our Freemasonic system.
That Black Masons can’t make that connection to their own elitist agendized leadership just shows how blinded by power and glory they must be. How the Masons side-step that issue with racially diverse members must be a propaganda doozey.
Just don’t give me any of that “black power” BS if you’re a black working for the other side. You’re probably overdue for a little chat with Dick Gregory, a real champion of truth, who’ll let you have it between the eyes.

Many trees have died or are in the process of dying in large areas across the United States, in Alaska, and WORLDWIDE What is triggering such a broad decline and die-off response to entire suites of plant and tree communities?
In forestlands, in public parks, along rivers and streams, in watered areas, golf courses, or on private property, our trees are showing signs of major health problems or dying in record numbers. In some areas the majority of trees have died and left entire watersheds in jeopardy.
Allan Buckman, A former Associate Wildlife Biologist, Central Coast Region, California Department of Fish & Game, has been seeing vegetation changes and climate shifts over wide areas for years.
Mr. Buckman completed field reviews over wide areas and has had over 35 years of field experience .
Mr. Buckman noted: In the past I have seen localized die-off of plant communities.
I have never seen the present condition of wide spread impact in almost all areas from a wide assortment of insects, fungus, molds, mildews, bacteria and virus.
I have seen areas where every tree and shrub in a drainage area has some form of health problem.
The impacts have been documented since 2002, both in pictures and videotape showing the massive changes that have taken place in Northern California. Redding, California areas are showing declining Douglas Fir and Oak (without Sudden Oak Death Syndrome), tree health. These impacts are accelerating faster and can be noted in the number of trees showing symptoms, dead trees and the number of trees that have fallen down under unusual circumstances.
Redwood Trees across wide areas are dying or showing signs of severe stress.
Trees are being cut down in record numbers across the United States without anyone doing the studies to determine why these trees are dying and what is causing this problem. Fires are burning hotter and are more devastating since the late 1980s.
This is as serious as it gets.
Sudden Oak Death, now blamed for many tree problems, is found rarely or not at all in some counties, and SOD diagnosis does not explain the widespread decline in Oak tree health in trees and counties not infected with SOD, nor does it explain the broad decline and die-off response in trees across the United States.
Tree-killing insects do not attack a healthy stand of trees unless individual trees are stressed or some other pathogen is degrading the health of the tree.
The common dominator for deteriorating tree health:
Air pollution, white haze, climate change, increasing UV radiation, higher humidity caused persistent jet contrails, jet fuel emissions, lack of sunlight from persistent aging contrails or climate change produced by persistent jet contrails? There are over 50+ weather modification programs ongoing, according to NOAA records, in the United States. What impact does this chemical manipulation of our weather have on the regional micro-climates that are needed for tree, plant, and agricultural crop health?
Artificial weather modification through the use of chemicals impact all of us by reducing water supplies, changing agricultural crop production cycles, reducing crop production, and water availability. Since weather modification programs use chemicals released into the atmosphere the public IS subjected increasingly toxic substances that ARE adversely impact agricultural crops and trees.
Global dimming and the persistent contrails, that produce man-made clouds, has serious impacts on crop production. A recent corn crop study in Illinois shows that cloud cover reduces corn crop production while direct sunlight increases production.
The dead and dying trees, dead branches, impacted shrubs and bushes is turning some of our forests into torches when touched by fire.

Kincade Fire – Ignited

The blaze ignited on Oct. 23, 2019 and led to the mandatory evacuation of nearly 200,000 people.
It charred 121 square miles (313 square kilometer).
The cause of the fire remains under investigation but there was a possibility that electrical equipment belonging to Pacific Gas & Electric (aka Rothschild) was involved.
The utility had switched off power to prevent fires from starting but it didn’t de-energize a transmission tower near where the fire started. The fire started at the World’s Largest Geothermal Plant (Calpine) which was targeted by directed energy weapons.

Many trees have died or are in the process of dying in large areas across the United States, in Alaska, and WORLDWIDE What is triggering such a broad decline and die-off response to entire suites of plant and tree communities?
Whether In forestlands, in public parks, along rivers and streams, in watered areas, golf courses, or on private property, our trees are showing signs of major health problems or dying in record numbers. In some areas the majority of trees have died and left entire watersheds in jeopardy.
Allan Buckman, A former Associate Wildlife Biologist, Central Coast Region, California Department of Fish & Game, has been seeing vegetation changes and climate shifts over wide areas for years. of Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lake Counties, in California, for several years, that are not normal to this area. As a wildlife biologist, recently retired from assignment in Sonoma and Lake Counties, Mr. Buckman completed field reviews of projects, land acquisition, and animal census over wide areas within these counties, and has had over 35 years of field experience here and in the North Bay areas of California.
Mr. Buckman noted: ��In the past I have seen localized die-off of plant communities from a myriad of sources, and there tends to be a trend toward one to several problems at a time, and it varies year to year. But I have never seen the present condition of wide spread impact to almost all special in all areas from a wide assortment of insects, fungus, molds, mildews, bacteria and virus. I have seen areas where every tree and shrub in a drainage area has some form of health problem��
Mr. Buckman took vegetation samples from one such area in Lake County, from chamise, ceanothus (buck brush), red bud, laurel, yellow willow, black willow, elderberry, leather oak, black oak, blue oak, interior live oak, walnut, Yerba Santa, Manzanita, and toyon. Mr. Buckman, ��found similar sites in Sonoma County that included live oak, valley oaks, ceanothus, chamise, pears, apples, plums, roses and a number of ornamentals. The ��larger question of just exactly why they are all infected, and what it is that could trigger such a broad response to an entire suite of plant communities�� remains unanswered.
Mendocino County trees and shrubs are also showing the same impacts as both Lake and Sonoma counties in California. The impacts have been documented since 2002, both in pictures and videotape showing the massive changes that have taken place in Northern California. Redding, California areas are showing declining Douglas Fir and Oak (without Sudden Oak Death Syndrome), tree health. These impacts are accelerating faster and can be noted in the number of trees showing symptoms, dead trees and the number of trees that have fallen down under unusual circumstances. (Unusual clumping and blow down of branches and trees are becoming more common.)
Many California Redwood Trees across wide areas are dying or showing signs of severe stress. Greg Guisti, the University of California forest advisor for Mendocino County noted in a Ukiah Daily Journal Article dated May 8, 2002: ��There are also many redwood trees in town that are showing signs of widespread disease�� The questions remain unanswered: Why?
Trees are being cut down in record numbers across the United States without anyone doing the studies to determine why these trees are dying and what is causing this problem. Fires are burning hotter and are more devastating since the late 1980s.
Mr. Buckman noted: �I think we are in for big changes, and I think we should be on this �like a duck on a June bug�. I think this is as serious as it gets, and we need to act quickly to document the facts and take corrective actions��
Sudden Oak Death, now blamed for many tree problems, is found rarely or not at all in some counties, and SOD diagnosis does not explain the widespread decline in Oak tree health in trees and counties not infected with SOD, nor does it explain the broad decline and die-off response in trees across the United States.
In a recent article in the Ukiah Daily Journal written by Mark Hedges, titled �Fir Trees Under Attack�, some of the tree symptoms are listed. In an interview with Jack Marshall, a forest pathologist for the California Department of Forestry, he noted ��a few common things going on with the Douglas Fir relative to dry portions of this county, maybe Lake County and southern Humboldt�� However, it should be noted that the impacts are also found throughout these counties not just in the �dry� areas. Marshall, according to the Ukiah Daily Journal article also stated: ��tree-killing insects do not attack a healthy stand of trees unless individual trees are stressed or some other pathogen is degrading the health of the tree.
What is the common dominator for deteriorating tree health in so many areas of the United States? Air pollution, white haze, climate change, increasing UV radiation, higher humidity caused persistent jet contrails, jet fuel emissions, lack of sunlight from persistent aging contrails or climate change produced by persistent jet contrails? There are over 50+ weather modification programs ongoing, according to NOAA records, in the United States. What impact does this chemical manipulation of our weather have on the regional micro-climates that are needed for tree, plant, and agricultural crop health?
Artificial weather modification through the use of chemicals impact all of us by reducing water supplies, changing agricultural crop production cycles, reducing crop production, and water availability. Since weather modification programs use chemicals released into the atmosphere the public IS subjected increasingly toxic substances that ARE adversely impact agricultural crops and trees.
Global dimming and the persistent contrails, that produce man-made clouds, has serious impacts on crop production. A recent corn crop study in Illinois shows that cloud cover reduces corn crop production while direct sunlight increases production.
The dead and dying trees, dead branches, impacted shrubs and bushes is turning some of our forests into torches when touched by fire. Why are our public officials ignoring this problem�not taking tree ring and soil samples to find out why are trees are stressed and dying? What has caused this ecological imbalance and what steps are being taken to determine what is stressing our trees? So far the typical response is �drought and bugs�. Many areas where trees are in decline have had normal hundred year rainfall totals. Healthy trees resist pathogens and bugs. Many state and federal government �officials� will talk about the decline �off the record� but are afraid to speak out because they fear the loss of their jobs or demotion. Why?

With increasing air pollution in our local counties the impacts may be greater than we suspect and all of our local, state and federal representatives need to be taking a closer look at this looming problem�not just recommending the cutting down of trees (Senator Dianne Feinstein-Lake Tahoe), in our watershed areas without investigating the reason for the losses.

The public pays the salaries of our government officials. It is time that they acted in our best interest to protect our trees and plants. And we must let our elected representatives know that some of our government agencies are under pressure to change scientific reports and toe the political party line or they will lose their jobs. We elected our representatives to protect the public interest and our commons, whether air, water, soil, trees, plants, agriculture or atmosphere, from being used for personal gain and questionable private, university, and military experiments. Our elected officials must protect our natural resources and the public health first. Right now our elected officials appear to be protecting political corporate interests, while accepting contributions from their paid lobbyists, over the rights of American citizens.
Pictures of dead and dying trees have been pouring in from many states including Arizona, California, Nevada, Washington, Alaska and Virginia. It is time to take action now. Internet research under �tree decline, type of tree, and tree death, by county and state, will reveal tremendous numbers of trees are in decline or dead, not only in the United States but around the world.

People with this might comment on how they feel like there’s a small bump in their eye under slightly drier conditions such as when going to sleep at night. Most targeted individuals will understand the extremely itchy forearm. Phase 2 – Morgellons: Morgellon’s can strike anyone. It’s a direct problem from the nano-fibers, whether intentional or accidental. The body’s immune system can’t see or recognize the fibers at all. So when the body can’t accept the fibers anymore it beings to push them out through the skin. But the skin is a barrier because the fibers are too large. So the skin breaks up which is why people get lesions. Assembly Bill 68, entitled “Land Use: Accessory Dwelling Units,” is one of the new housing bills that Gov. Newsom recently signed. It is an example of the State Legislature’s poor planning.
This detrimental bill eliminates single family zoning and enables the transformation of beneficial accessory dwelling units (second units and granny flats) into overcrowded multifamily triplexes with potentially multiple adverse impacts.
There are various advantages to adding an accessory dwelling unit or second unit to a home. For homeowners, the extra unit can provide additional income, support family members such as adult children or aging parents and house on-site caregivers. In addition, the units sometimes provide additional affordable housing for low income residents, although this is not guaranteed. When local jurisdictions craft careful accessory dwelling unit ordinances, these second units can fit seamlessly into an established community.
Unfortunately, by stripping away local control, community engagement, and environmental review related to second units, AB 68 goes too far.
Before adoption of the bill, a locality could choose whether or not to allow ADUs and if so, could set appropriate development standards (parking standards, setbacks, allowable density, height, for example) and require the property owner to live on site.
In contrast, the new law requires jurisdictions to “ministerially” allow a homeowner, in single family neighborhoods, to build a detached backyard residence that is at least 800-square-feet and 16-feet-high with only four-foot side and rear setbacks, as well as convert a garage, office or spare room into a third living space. The size of the two additional units can be over and above the existing allowable square footage for the primary home.
Ministerial approval (“over-the-counter approval”) streamlines the permit process and eliminates discretionary review and public hearings, thereby stifling public engagement and comments as well as environmental review.
In addition, the bill requires a local agency to ministerially approve up to 25% of the existing units in a multifamily building, provided the units are within the existing structure and meet certain criteria.
Besides density, height and setbacks, the bill greatly relaxes other ADUs’ development standards too. The bill prohibits local jurisdictions from imposing standards on lot coverage or minimum lot size for accessory dwelling units.
The bill further prohibits cities from requiring additional parking spaces when homeowners convert garages to new housing (unless the city can prove, with specific findings, that insufficient off-street parking would harm public health and safety, and do so within a very short timeframe). This will force more cars to park on the street, change the aesthetics of communities and make it harder for emergency vehicles to reach areas with narrow roads, among other problems.
This could result in dire consequences. Under current conditions, residents who live on the narrow, windy streets of Almonte in unincorporated Mill Valley, have reported incidents when paramedics could not speedily reach their emergency destinations because parked vehicles blocked the roadway. In one instance, the paramedics were going door to door, trying to find the owner of a wide SUV, while a medically distressed neighbor waited for help.
Without requiring a homeowner to live on the premises, AB 68 incentivizes large-scale investors to buy up single-family homes, convert them to triplexes and then operate them as commercial enterprises.
Over time, as the supply of single-family homes diminishes due to conversions to triplexes, the price for the remaining single-family dwellings will become even more expensive.
Moreover, although it is expected that the subsequent increase in housing, insufficient parking, and population growth will result in numerous adverse impacts (traffic congestion, overcrowded schools, lack of water, etc.), AB-68 provides no funding for dealing with these impacts. Instead, local communities will have to cover the costs.
It is important to note that Marin’s representatives, Sen. Mike McGuire and Assemblymember Marc Levine, voted for AB 68. This is despite the fact that most Marin residents greatly value single-family neighborhoods.

A vocal 5G critic who makes Youtube videos describing the technology as “weapons” has claimed it can be misused to listen and watch people in their own homes
An inventor has sensationally claimed that 5G technology can be abused to spy on people in their own homes – listening in on conversations and even watching people in the bath.
The state-of-the-art technology could revolutionise the speed of mobile phones when it is eventually rolled out.
But ever since it was announced, conspiracies have emerged of its potential health dangers.
Mark Steele, who makes Youtube conspiracy videos of himself dismantling LED lamps and 5G equipment, believes local councils installing the masts are ignorant to the threat they put people under.
In an interview with Daily Star Online, the patent writer said 5G waves are the same ones used by self-driving cars and therefore street lights fitted with 5G technology are “scanners”.
“And what they do, they scan the environment, if you look at the technicalities, the specifics are for autonomous cars.
“Now to send a collimated signal [a signal that is made as straight as possible] you need to be able to target acquire the car.
“You have to be able to see it.”
Explaining more how he believes microwaves can be abused with 5G, Mark added: “If you’ve got Wi-Fi in your home what actually happens is that you have actually got microwave radiation in the environment and I can scan that environment and any disturbance in those microwaves, I can pick that up and I can actually turn that and a digitalisation of that into voice recognition.
“So not only can I listen to you, I can see you.
“Obviously you’re a biological structure so I can’t see you very well, but I can certainly see an image of you, and I can see in your home.”
Mark – who acts as a technical advisor to anti-5G group saveusnow.org.uk – has also claimed that he is afraid the waves are damaging to human health.
Many mainstream scientists have dismissed the claims of 5G dangers and there is no conclusive proof of cancer-causing radiation from phones.
In 2011, WHO declared mobile phones (which use radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation) as a Class 2B carcinogen, meaning the technology is “possibly linked to cancer” but there is limited evidence in human studies.

The new smoke regulation is intended to create significant burdens on employers. The regulation requires employers to anticipate when their employees may be exposed smoke caused by directed energy weapons. Most employers do not have this expertise, and the unpredictability of the microwave fire attacks and the smoke produced makes compliance with this smoke regulation challenging and costly.
While we are told the emergency smoke regulation will be in effect for one year we can anticipate extensions. Since, we are told we are in a “new normal” called climate change aka weather weapons – smoke regulations will become more stringent and costly.
Employers should reasonably anticipate that employees could be exposed to wildfire smoke.
The regulation specifically exempts worksites that are indoors and where the air is filtered by mechanical ventilation. It also exempts outdoor worksites where the employer can show the AQI level does not exceed 151, or where the AQI level is 151 or greater for one hour or less during a shift. Firefighters are also exempt from this regulation.
Sadly, firefighters are soldiers in an unacknowledged Microwave WAR – and are exempt from smoke regulations, herein.
California employers must determine employee exposure to PM 2.5 for worksites covered by this section before each shift.

In addition, states that operate their own Occupational Safety and Health plans are required to adopt maximum penalties levels that are at least as effective as federal OSHA’s.
