FOOD SHORTAGES PLANNED: “Pig Ebola” Is Now Running Wild In Indonesia, And It Has Already Killed About One-Fourth Of The World’s Pigs – Investment Watch

The global pig population is being absolutely decimated by a disease that does not have a cure.  African Swine Fever, also commonly referred to as “Pig Ebola”, is raging out of control in dozens of countries all over the globe.  It has a mortality rate of close to 100 percent, and once it hits an area even the pigs that are able to survive the disease are killed off in order to prevent it from spreading elsewhere.  Unfortunately, African Swine Fever just continues to pop up in more locations.  As you will see below, it is now sweeping through the heavily-populated nation of Indonesia.  Nearly 270 million people live in Indonesia, and they are heavily dependent on pork as a source of protein.  But of course the same thing could be said about almost all of the countries where African Swine Fever is currently raging.

The mainstream media in the U.S. hasn’t been properly reporting on this crisis, and that is likely because this disease has not spread to our nation yet.

But let there be no doubt – this is truly a crisis of Biblical proportions.  In fact, it has been estimated that this epidemic has already killed about one-fourth of the world’s pigs.  The following comes from an Australian news source…

Experts say the disease has wiped out an estimated 25 per cent of the world’s pig population.

The fever has been reported in around 50 countries, including China, Belgium, Slovakia, Cambodia, North Korea, South Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines.

And this same figure is being quoted by the New York Daily News…

African swine fever has been reported in nearly 50 nations — including China, South Korea, the Philippines and Belgium — and it’s causing an incredible crisis on a global scale. Alarmingly, more than one-quarter of Earth’s pigs have been wiped out by the virulent disease.

This should be front page news all across America, but of course the big news networks really don’t want to talk about anything other than the impeachment of Donald Trump these days.

Unfortunately, everyone on the entire planet is going to feel the pain of this crisis as it continues to intensify.  We are potentially facing a serious global pork shortage, and this disease continues to pop up in new areas.  When it recently began spreading in Indonesia, it made headlines all over the globe.  The following comes from Reuters…

Nearly 30,000 pigs have died from African swine fever (ASF) in Indonesia’s North Sumatra province as of Dec. 15, causing millions of dollars of economic losses as authorities try to quarantine the areas affected, officials said on Wednesday.

The Agriculture Ministry has declared an outbreak of the highly contagious virus in the country and said it is contained only in some parts of North Sumatra, minister Syahrul Yasin Limpo told reporters.

Asian countries rely very heavily on pork to feed their populations, and the severe losses that we are witnessing are not going to be easy to replace.  At this point, Indonesia has become the 11th Asian nation where African Swine Fever is spreading…

To date, 11 Asian countries have reported outbreaks since August 2018, including Indonesia, Mongolia, North Korea, South Korea, China, the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Timor-Leste.

The epicenter for this crisis is in China.  The Chinese produce and eat more pork than anyone else in the world, and it was recently projected that their hog herd “will likely shrink by 55% by the end of the year” due to this disease…

China’s hog herd fell by half in the first eight months of 2019 due to a devastating outbreak of African swine fever and will likely shrink by 55% by the end of the year, analysts at Rabobank said on Wednesday.

As I detailed in a previous article, it has been estimated that 150 million pigs have already died in China.

To put that in perspective, there are only about 70 million pigs in the United States right now.

So you could kill every pig in the United States twice and you would still not get to the total that have already died in China because of this epidemic.

Needless to say, pork prices are absolutely soaring in China.  They have more than doubled since this time last year, and in November we saw another huge jump in Chinese food inflation.  The following comes from Zero Hedge…

As has been the case for the past year, the culprit behind the headline CPI surge was food inflation, which accelerated further to a record +19.1% in November from +15.5% in October, primarily on higher inflation in fresh vegetable and pork prices.

So what is the bottom line?

The bottom line is that this is an extremely serious threat to the global food supply.

Beef, chicken, fish and pork are the four main global sources of protein, and right now pork is already in very short supply in some parts of the world.

And of course this comes at a time when global weather patterns are going absolutely nuts and we have seen disastrous harvest seasons all over the planet.

We are entering the time of “the perfect storm”, and most people have absolutely no idea what is ahead of us.

Even if you don’t eat pork, this is a story that you need to keep a very close eye on, because this is going to push up food prices everywhere.  Demand for beef, chicken and fish will increase as pork becomes more expensive and consumers turn to other options.  And in some of the poorer places around the world, some impoverished families may have to start cutting meat out of their diets entirely.

We have never seen a crisis quite like this in any of our lifetimes.  Despite all of our advanced technology, we are still dependent on farmers to produce the food that we eat, and this is truly an existential crisis for the entire global pork industry.

There is no way to spin this to make it sound nicer.  Many are hoping that this outbreak will subside eventually, but right now it doesn’t look like that will happen.

And once this disease reaches the United States, we will start to experience the same panic that is already sweeping through nearly 50 other nations around the globe.

Silicon Valley Seasteaders Go Looking for Low-Tax Sites on Land – Bloomberg

Patri Friedman is sick of the jokes about floating tax havens. About a decade ago, the former Google software engineer (and grandson of Nobel Prize-winning economist Milton Friedman) co-founded the Seasteading Institute, a nonprofit with the stated aim of developing a model for self-governing offshore communities. The idea was to allow people to set up more laissez-faire laws for themselves on mobile, artificial islands resting in international waters. An invaluable experiment, he calls it now. Also: “Baggage.”

The institute’s Silicon Valley backers most prominently included Peter Thiel, the conservative billionaire and future Trump adviser, and traded in no small part on Thiel’s imprimatur. But the effort was as impractical as it sounds, and it drew criticism from local leaders and good-government groups as a form of neocolonialism. In 2018 locals defeated a commercial spinoff’s attempt to establish a seastead off the coast of Tahiti. Seasteading, like vampirism, is now on the unofficial list of topics not to raise with Thiel, who hasn’t written the institute a check in at least five years. Nonetheless, he’s become the anchor investor for Friedman’s new venture capital firm, which is trying to create some similar-sounding communities on land.

Pronomos Capital, which Friedman incorporated in August, is supposed to bankroll the construction of experimental cities on vacant tracts of land in developing countries. Pronomos is set up like a venture fund, making investments in local organizations that do the work of securing government approvals, finding tenants, and hiring retired U.K. judges to enforce the new legal framework, to be based on British common law. The firm says it’s discussing semi-autonomous cities of varying sizes with foreign and local businesspeople in countries where officials have seemed receptive to exempting them from area laws, including Ghana, Honduras, the Marshall Islands, Nigeria, and Panama. A given community could start as small as an industrial park, Friedman says. Most will be aimed at foreign businesses seeking friendlier tax treatment.

While other organizations with names such as Free Private Cities and Charter Cities Institute are advising similar efforts around the world, Pronomos is the only one with seed money from boldface names including Thiel, venture capitalist Marc Andreessen, and Bitcoin evangelists Roger Ver and Balaji Srinivasan. In describing his new firm, Friedman isn’t shy to use seasteading as a reference point. “I’ve been putting these ideas out there for 20 years, and they’ve grown and compounded,” he says, sipping well water at his mountaintop compound south of San Jose. “What we get excited about is the ability to do this repeatedly.”

Why the colonial-sounding framework, right down to the old British laws? Dressed in a well-loved Slytherin sweatshirt, Friedman says it’s the best fuel for a fledgling economy and property values, and to assure global investors that their money will be safe in Pronomos projects. The justice system is more important than the tax breaks, he says, citing research that suggests faith in a functional code of laws is a leading indicator of a region’s economic success.

That’s been less than reassuring to politicians and residents leery of ceding land to unaccountable foreigners, in exchange for theoretical network effects. Fierce local opposition has halted a plan to create an independent area on a stretch of coastal land in Honduras, for example. The proposed tax incentives and other benefits for foreign investors were about as popular as you’d expect. “That land belongs to someone,” says Silvio Carrillo, the nephew of assassinated Honduran rights advocate Berta Cáceres.

Pronomos “will only go where we are wanted,” according to Friedman. He also says, with a straight face, that if Pronomos can get local officials to agree to its plans, “we have a credible shot at eliminating poverty.”

Friedman’s grandfather spent his life attacking government oversight in the field of economics, but his father, a law professor at Santa Clara University, has advocated for a kind of anarcho-capitalism on a legal basis. At age 43, Patri Friedman has pushed his family’s do-what-you-feel ethos to some other extremes, advocating for communal living, polyamory, and human-machine hybridization. He’s spent most of his career at Google, including his Seasteading Institute years. He left Google this summer to work full time on Pronomos.

The venture firm has raised about $9 million so far (more than half from Thiel), well short of Friedman’s initial goal. He says that’s only enough to cover basic fact-finding expenses for his local partners, and he’ll raise more to buy and develop land once governments approve the plans.

Similar ideas have gained some support beyond fringe libertarian circles. Honduras amended its constitution in 2013 to allow the creation of special economic zones outside the country’s legal framework. Erick Brimen, a startup founder who has coordinated development projects in Central America, is informally working with Friedman and others on Prospera Honduras, a local business advocacy group there. Brimen says it’s too early to discuss publicly. Other groups aiming for these kinds of extralegal territories have announced priorities including tax holidays and privatized health care and police forces.

“Our vision aligns” with Friedman’s, says Taavi Kotka, who runs an Estonian organization advocating for looser employment and tax laws to attract immigrants. “He’s a pioneer in setting up these special zones,” blockchain enthusiast Barak Ben Ezer says of Friedman. He and Friedman are working to turn the Marshall Islands into a tax haven similar to the Caymans. Friedman says he hopes to back more than a dozen projects in the next four years.

Yet even if Friedman and the other landsteaders can assuage concerns about colonial-style exploitation and the flouting of local laws, there are few guarantees in the world of quasi-sovereign states. In April a couple proclaimed their small fiberglass pod, 14 miles off Thailand’s coast, to be self-governing, and the Thai government sent its military to destroy the pod, calling their proclamation an act of war. (The couple is now working on a similar project in Panama, this time in cooperation with government officials.) That’s why, says Friedman, he’s making sure any Pronomos projects have local officials on board. Further out, “Do I want to create the first venture-backed city-state? Hell yeah,” he says. “That’s what I’m in it for. That’s the long-term goal.”

The Office of Naval Research, was familiar with a body of scientific research, mostly conducted by ONR from the early 1960s to the late 1980s, on directed energy weapons and their effects on the inner ear. The research sought to identify the human head’s susceptibility to directed energy exposures.

Directed energy weapons intended to disrupt or damage their victims’ brains were the most likely source of a series of mysterious attacks singling out U.S. personnel assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Cuba in 2017, three doctors involved in the investigation have told
National Defense in exclusive interviews.

The three experts were contacted by the State Department to investigate 25 cases of government employees working in Cuba who complained of suddenly hearing noises, pressure in their ears, followed by symptoms such as headaches, vertigo, dizziness and loss of cognitive functions.

The team of three experts concluded that incident was a widescale use of electronics to carry out a so-called neuro-weapon attack. Neuro-weapons are an emerging, but little understood threat that is compounded by the ease in which they can be purchased on the internet.

“I think we are turning a page,” said Dr. James Giordano, a professor at the departments of neurology and biochemistry at Georgetown University Medical Center and chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program at the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics. The Pentagon has taken notice of the event and Giordano and the two other team members will be briefing the J3, joint chiefs of staff, on Sept. 7.

Neurotechnology in National Security and Defense: Practical Considerations, Neuroethical Concerns.
The attacks occurred at the victims’ homes

, with the exception of two cases that took place in a hotel known to accommodate diplomats and other U.S. personnel, said Dr. Michael Hoffer, director of the Vestibular and Balance Program at the University of Miami’s Department of Otolaryngology. Hoffer was the first physician to examine the victims on site in Cuba, and later in Miami.

“I thought they were being targeted. I still believe they were being targeted,” he said. Those he examined said they were sitting in their homes, or the hotel, when they suddenly felt the symptoms: a loud noise exposure, a pressure sensation, ear pain, then ringing in the ears and dizziness. A day later there were some cognitive deficits reported.

“They would actually say that if they moved in their domicile, the beam – as it were – would follow them. Except the minute they opened the front door, it went off,” Hoffer said.

Hoffer carried out a series of preliminary tests on 100 personnel assigned to the embassy last summer, as well as 10 people who were in the same residences of the victims at the time of the attack, but in other rooms. No symptoms were found in the 100 other employees.

Being in Havana shortly after the attacks and before news had reached the media was important because it gave Hoffer valuable insights, he said. Other than speaking to one another about the symptoms, the victims were not influenced by newspaper accounts. In addition, he arrived relatively soon after the attacks when their memories of what happened were fresh, and none of them had received any medical treatment.

He also had the opportunity to see where the incidents occurred. “I literally looked and walked at the places that were hit,” he said.

Most of the victims also worked in a particular part of the embassy, he added. “They were really good at targeting,” he said of those who carried out the attacks. The homes were clustered in certain neighborhoods where diplomats reside, he added.

“People were hit from all branches of the State Department, but certain branches were hit more than others,” he said.
Thirty-five potential victims – the 25 who reported symptoms plus the 10 who were in the residences at the same time – were flown to Miami where an interdisciplinary team of experts from the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine carried out a battery of more detailed tests.

Hoffer was able to quickly rule out the possibility that they had experienced a traumatic brain injury, or TBI. As a retired Navy captain and doctor, he had examined more than 3,000 service members who had experienced TBI and that was not it. Plus, none of the victims had reported injuring their head.

The team recorded “objective findings of balance disorders” on 100 percent of the 25 victims, who had reported the symptoms. Everyone was abnormal in at least one balance test. “We made sure they were ‘super’ abnormal not just ‘barely’ abnormal, Hoffer said. The 10 people who were in the same buildings at the time of the attacks showed no symptoms.

The 25 victims also had a unique pattern of cognitive disorders that the co-lead of the team, the university’s director of neuropsychology Dr. Bonnie Levin, picked up, he said.

There were 19 complete sets of data derived from the 25 victims after the University of Miami team completed the tests. The State Department put Hoffer together in a team with Giordano and Dr. Carey Balaban, a professor of otolaryngology, bioengineering, neurobiology and communication and science disorders, at the University of Pittsburgh.

The three independently examined all the data using different approaches, but came to the same conclusions. They ruled out TBI because the damage was not consistent with such injuries. Toxins such as heavy metals or high doses of certain medications that cause similar inner ear problems were not present, and the damage not consistent.

Balaban, who works with the Office of Naval Research, was familiar with a body of scientific research, mostly conducted by ONR from the early 1960s to the late 1980s, on directed energy weapons and their effects on the inner ear. The research sought to identify the human head’s susceptibility to directed energy exposures. The papers helped form part of his conclusions.

“The likelihood of multiple sources of energy of acoustic and radio frequencies … is there, we just don’t know what it was,” he said.

The team could not conclude exactly what method the perpetrators used on the victims, but narrowed it down to several possibilities: drugs alone was deemed “unlikely.” Ultrasonic (acoustic) exposures

they judged “very possible and likely.” Electromagnetic pulsing was also rated “very possible and probable.” Microwave energy was deemed possible, but “unlikely.”

There was another possibility

– but more information was needed to know – that the attackers used a combination of a drug that was activated by the directed energy weapon.

Balaban said there was another possible method: pulsed lasers. “Near infrared lasers penetrate pretty far into the head,” he said. “All of these weapons can produce cavitation in fluids and can produce these effects,” he added. The three team members agreed that “saying [the Cuba attacks] are one thing or another is foolhardy,” Balaban said.

“Can we know who did it? I’m not quite sure. Do we know what they were exposed to? Hard to tell. But it points out this [knowledge] gap that we need to fill,” Balaban said.

The case has drawn a great deal of attention within the Pentagon and at Special Operations Command, he said. The information was recently declassified and the three have given briefings to SOCOM and to the Air Force’s AFWERX. Balaban is working on a grant with ONR to reproduce the attack in a laboratory setting so it can be better understood.

The trio plans to publish a paper as soon as possible with the results for all to see. One theory is that the victims were being used as a test – basically human guinea pigs – and the perpetrators are hoping the U.S. publishes test results that can help them fine-tune or better understand how to use these weapons. Balaban said that kind of data will not be made public.

Meanwhile, “Pandora’s box is open as far as making these kinds of things,” Balaban said. Devices that can be used in ultrasonic attacks, for example, are readily available on the internet for less than $300. The off-the-shelf devices are intended to repulse vermin such as rats and insects and have a range of about 30 to 40 feet, he said.

“We are facing a threat

. And an important thing is to figure out the battlespace we are dealing with here and make some solutions,” Balaban said. “It’s the perfect kind of gray warfare. It’s a very good way to degrade your opponent’s capabilities so you can exploit it with conventional means.”

Such weapons could be used clandestinely against a political leader, for example, to ultimately destabilize a society

, Giordano said. “I think what you are beginning to see is a greater likelihood for targeting the brain

in these ways – both in regard to its structure and its functions, which includes cognitions, emotions and behaviors – in ways that are going to be disruptive on a variety of scales from systems in the individual to systems in the social and political” realm, he said.

Balaban added: “We have a plausible set of vulnerabilities – areas we know nothing about, neuro-weapons, that have been used asymmetrically. We have to figure out what the heck this is.”

Then I thought well, maybe the Masons is an exclusive down low club. It would not be far outside of the realm of possibility considering that we are talking about Diddy and Jay Z.
But it turns out the Masons are not a secret society of well-to-do homos at all. It’s a brotherhood of powerful men, sort of like a fraternity, who keep the power and the money within the society.
Members of the Masons are alleged to be such powerful public figures as Barack Obama, Jay Z, Sean Combs, Russell Simmons, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jackson, Ron Artest, Jamie Foxx, etc. In other words, black men with money and influence.

A Little Background
Prince Hall is recognized as the Father of Black Masonry in the United States. Black Freemasonry began when Prince Hall and fourteen other free black men were initiated into Lodge No. 441, Irish Constitution, attached to the 38th Regiment of Foot, British Army Garrisoned at Castle William (now Fort Independence) Boston Harbor on March 6, 1775.

But you don’t hear much about Black Freemasonry probably due to Freemasonry’s innate racism, so perhaps it’s their dirty little secret they’re not so proud of. Even Oprah Winfrey’s known membership in the Easter Star organization, the women’s branch of Freemasonry, is played down.
Epilogue
What surprises me about Black Freemasonry is the apparent ignorance of African Americans of Freemasonry’s outright racism and history of racial genocide.

Freemasons and the Illuminati have been on a stated campaign to decimate indigenous populations for centuries, from remote tribes around the world to the ravaging of the Native American and Canadian indigenous populations.

The most recent attack has been the horrific engineering of the AIDS epidemic in Africa, followed by this morbid “decade of vaccines”campaign to sterilize and infect Africans. If you research the subject you’ll find several other deliberately introduced pathogens amongst African Americans over the years, often disguised as “scientific trials”. All that nevermind America’s roots in slavery and inbred racism to this day, all ingrained in our Freemasonic system.

That Black Masons can’t make that connection to their own elitist agendized leadership just shows how blinded by power and glory they must be. How the Masons side-step that issue with racially diverse members must be a propaganda doozey.

Just don’t give me any of that “black power” BS if you’re a black working for the other side. You’re probably overdue for a little chat with Dick Gregory, a real champion of truth, who’ll let you have it between the eyes.

Many trees have died or are in the process of dying in large areas across the United States, in Alaska, and WORLDWIDE  What is triggering such a broad decline and die-off response to entire suites of plant and tree communities?

In forestlands, in public parks, along rivers and streams, in watered areas, golf courses, or on private property, our trees are showing signs of major health problems or dying in record numbers. In some areas the majority of trees have died and left entire watersheds in jeopardy.

Allan Buckman, A former Associate Wildlife Biologist, Central Coast Region, California Department of Fish & Game, has been seeing vegetation changes and climate shifts over wide areas for years. 
Mr. Buckman completed field reviews over wide areas and has had over 35 years of field experience . 
Mr. Buckman noted: In the past I have seen localized die-off of plant communities.
I have never seen the present condition of wide spread impact in almost all  areas from a wide assortment of insects, fungus, molds, mildews, bacteria and virus.
I have seen areas where every tree and shrub in a drainage area has some form of health problem.
 
The impacts have been documented since 2002, both in pictures and videotape showing the massive changes              that have taken place in Northern California. Redding, California areas are showing declining Douglas Fir and Oak (without Sudden Oak Death Syndrome), tree health. These impacts are accelerating faster and can be noted in the number of trees showing symptoms, dead trees and the number of trees that have fallen down under unusual circumstances. 
Redwood Trees across wide areas are dying or showing signs of severe stress.

Trees are being cut down in record numbers across the United States without anyone doing the studies to determine why these trees are dying and what is causing this problem. Fires are burning hotter and are more devastating since the late 1980s.

This is as serious as it gets.
 
Sudden Oak Death, now blamed for many tree problems, is found rarely or not at all in some counties, and SOD diagnosis does not explain the widespread decline in Oak tree health in trees and counties not infected with SOD, nor does it explain the broad decline and die-off response in trees across the United States.
 
Tree-killing insects do not attack a healthy stand of trees unless individual trees are  stressed or some other pathogen is degrading the health of the tree.
 
The common dominator for deteriorating tree health:

Air pollution, white haze, climate change, increasing UV radiation, higher humidity caused persistent jet contrails, jet fuel emissions, lack of sunlight from persistent aging contrails or climate change produced by persistent jet contrails? There are over 50+ weather modification programs ongoing, according to NOAA records, in the United States. What impact does this chemical manipulation of our weather have on the regional micro-climates that are needed for tree, plant, and agricultural crop health?

Artificial weather modification through the use of chemicals impact all of us by reducing water supplies, changing agricultural crop production cycles, reducing crop production, and water availability. Since weather modification programs use chemicals released into the atmosphere the public IS subjected increasingly toxic substances that ARE adversely impact agricultural crops and trees.

Global dimming and the persistent contrails, that produce man-made clouds, has serious impacts on crop production. A recent corn crop study in Illinois shows that cloud cover reduces corn crop production while direct sunlight increases production.

The dead and dying trees, dead branches, impacted shrubs and bushes is turning some of our forests into torches when touched by fire.

According to Charles Little, in the 1995, book, Dying of the Trees, that: Aside from oxides of nitrogen and sulfur, other strange elements (besides vanadium) showed up in the core samples of the spruce and maple-elements that do not occur in natural forest systems, such as arsenic and barium, cadmium, zinc, lead and copper-were found, too.  
 

Aluminum, is increasingly being found in required water samples taken by local water districts, and 

are the most toxic of all to our trees.

Charles Little notes in his book notes: �As it happens, aluminum is a common constituent of forest soils almost everywhere, but it is locked up in aluminum silicates, and in this compound form is not available to tree and other plants, and therefore is no danger to them. But after the acid rains came the silicates ARE broken down, and the aluminum is freed to be taken up by trees and plants. The metal kills the roots first. This means that trees can no longer absorb and transport needed nutrients, such as phosphate, calcium, and magnesium-essential fertilizers that are themselves leached away from the soil should by acid deposition. The trees are weakened and are invaded by insects or pathogens or succumb to extremes of weather-or all of the above, in which case they die

Why is the rain here on the acidic side of the scale?

High levels of UV-B radiation are also impacting wide areas across the United States. This type of radiation can also impact tree health, growth rates, and stress tree in other ways. NOAA/National Weather Service puts current UV Index Forecasts on its websites. The UV exposure level in increasing throughout the United States. Could jet fuel emissions, which contain nitric acid that depletes beneficial ozone in our atmosphere, be one of the major culprits in this increase in UV radiation reaching the earth?
 
Replanting will be one answer only if we can determine what is causing the problem. Newly planted trees will die as well.
 

We also have a loss of pollinators and bees in the United States which is also detrimental to plants and trees, especially to agricultural fruit trees and crops. Chemically based weather modification programs, persistent jet contrails, that raise humidity and changing micro-climates, is disrupting tree and plant health across the United States and causing a decline in pollination by reducing the number of pollinators, like bees. Persistent jet contrails also reduces the amount of direct sunlight reaching the earth thereby reducing the photosynthesis process that is need for all plants and trees to grow properly and produce agricultural crops.

Tremendous numbers of trees are in decline or dead, not only in the United States but around the world.

IT IS TIME TO FIND OUT WHY OUR TREES ARE STRESSED AND UNABLE TO RESIST PESTS AND PATHOGENS!

Kincade Fire – Ignited

in Sonoma County Wine Country in Northern California

The blaze ignited on Oct. 23, 2019 and led to the mandatory evacuation of nearly 200,000 people.
It charred 121 square miles (313 square kilometer).

The cause of the fire remains under investigation but there was a possibility that electrical equipment belonging to Pacific Gas & Electric (aka Rothschild) was involved.

The utility had switched off power to prevent fires from starting but it didn’t de-energize a transmission tower near where the fire started.  The fire started at the World’s Largest Geothermal Plant (Calpine) which was targeted by directed energy weapons.

PG&E says Tuesday weather event will impact 3.8 million customers: At a news conference, PG&E officials said that 3.8 million PG&E customers are within the zone that is a high risk for significant fire danger with the next wind event to start Tuesday.
Warming centers to open in Santa Clara County amid low temperatures: County officials are opening warming centers throughout the county starting Monday night due to temperatures that are forecast to drop into the 30s overnight through Wednesday morning. “The cold weather is particularly concerning with the potential for some residents to lose power this week during the Public Safety Power Shut Off,” county officials said. Click here for the full list of warming centers.

New shut-offs to affect 605,000 customer accounts in 29 counties: PG&E said the next round of shutoffs coming on Tuesday and Wednesday will affect up to 605,000 customers in 29 counties. In the same announcement, they said that of the 970,000 customers they cut off power to over the weekend, they’ve restored 325,000 of them, or 34%.

Smoke from Kincade Fire expected to bring unhealthy air for sensitive groups in parts of Yolo and Solano counties Monday night: Air quality is expected to reach unhealthy levels for sensitive groups in portions of Yolo and Solano counties on Monday night, according to the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District. Smoke is expected to disperse midday Tuesday as “the next north wind event starts,” air district officials said. Officials advise residents to stay indoors and limit their outdoor activity.

Cal Fire downgrades some evacuation orders to warnings: Cal Fire officials said evacuation orders for all areas affected by the Kincade Fire west of East Side Road throughout the Russian River Valley to Bodega Bay had been reduced to warnings. Evacuation orders for areas south of Occidental Road had also been reduced to warnings. The following areas are now allowed to repopulate: Bodega, Bodega Bay, Carmet, Muniz Ranch, Sebastopol, Occidental, Freestone, Camp Meeker, Forestville, Rio Nido, Hacienda, Monte Rio, Cazadero, Guerneville and Valley Ford.

 Track smoke from several Northern California fires: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration officials tweeted a short video of the smoke captured by a satellite.

Red flag warnings issued for Tuesday morning, afternoon: The National Weather Service said red flag warnings for the North Bay will go into effect at 8 a.m. Tuesday, 1 p.m. in the East Bay and 1 p.m. in the Santa Cruz mountains and San Francisco Peninsula Coast. All warnings are expected to expire at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Red flag warnings indicate extreme fire behavior.

Gov. Newsom says CA firefighters have put 330 fires in 24 hours: More than 4,100 people are working on stopping the Kincade fire, which remains at 5% containment. Crews have held their own in the Windsor and Healdsburg areas, he said, giving officials confidence moving forward — but the changing winds could still be destructive. Newsom said 105 fire engines have come from out of state, including Nevada, Montana, Oregon and others. “A historic amount of pre-positioned assets have proven to have paid off in remarkable ways,” Newsom said. He added: “We are vigilant. We are prepared.”
Oakland mayor urges residents to prepare for looming shut-offs: Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf said parts of Oakland may be without power through Wednesday as PG&E officials try to restore power before more dangerous fire weather enters the area Tuesday. She also called the company’s response “unacceptable.”
Red flag warnings expire, near critical fire conditions prevail: National Weather Service officials said red flag warnings expired at 11 a.m., but near-critical fire conditions persist with low humidity levels and strong gusts at peak high points.
White House issues statement on wildfires: “The White House and FEMA have been in contact with State and local officials in California, including Governor Newsom personally. Federal resources have been made available and we continue to work with the Governor and his staff to determine if additional support is necessary. The President will continue to monitor the situation,” said Judd Deere, a special assistant to the president and deputy press secretary.

PG&E cut off power to more people than planned: PG&E officials said they had expected to shut off power to 940,000 customers as a precautionary measure to stop equipment from sparking deadly and destructive fires. The company on Monday said it actually shut off power to about 960,000 customers.

Devastation of wildfire coming into full view: Windy conditions have calmed, allowing journalists to enter neighborhoods in Windsor and inspect the Kincade Fire’s path of destruction.

Two people reported missing: Two missing people were reported to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office, according to the California Highway Patrol’s Golden Gate Division.

Vallejo lifts water restriction: Vallejo city officials lifted a restriction on water use after PG&E officials helped deliver a 4,160-volt generator capable of powering a city water pumping complex. “Sufficient raw water is being pumped into the Vallejo Water System for treatment,” city officials said in a statement. “Residents did a phenomenal job conserving water, dropping use from 16.8 million to 12 million gallons of water used in a 24-hour period.”

Evacuation orders still in place: Sonoma County Sheriff Mark Essick said residents cannot re-enter areas affected by the fire, but officials are working to re-populate the western part of the county. Updates will be sent via Nixle. Essick said firefighters were able to save the northern part of Windsor because people had evacuated the area. “Had that area not been evacuated those firefighters would not have been as effective as they were; we had a lot of success,” Essick said.
Law enforcement from across the state mobilized: Sonoma County Sheriff Mark Essick said there are several hundred peace officers from more than 140 police agencies assisting with the Kincade Fire response. “We are very grateful for our partners for being there for us,” he said.

So the chemtrails spray barium and aluminum among other things to create a more conductive upper atmosphere. In The Phoenix Rises (2012) they tell you exactly this @ exactly ~16:00 in the movie as they specifically talk about chemtrails. Health Erosion: As a side effect everyone’s health and immune systems become slightly compromised. This is usually not an issue for most healthy people. You can 100% confirm if you have phase 2 or not by seeing an eye doctor and asking him to look for anomalies exactly where the ocular implant is located. The implant is still a camera and therefore must conform to the laws of physics and optics still so it must, just like your eye has, have a concave lens which it does. You might be able to slightly feel it at night when your falling asleep when your eyes are dryer and you move your eyeball around with your eyes closed. You probably will have no idea it is phase 2 at the beginning. This is shown in Flash of Genius (2008) when they show her typing and zoom in on her hand (@ 44:50 in the movie) when she itches it. She’s presumed to be a bad wife for leaving her husband (no clip is provided; screenshot here; you’ll have to read this whole site to understand this). The exact same concept is shown in Lay the Favorite (2012) where Bruce Willis itches his forearm clearly and intentionally after referencing it a few seconds earlier (screenshot here). Why? Why would they put that in? I mean millions of dollars are spent on these scripts and production thereto. Think Pontypool (2008). So they are judging you (or more accurately people with phase 2 who are pre-targeted). People with this might comment on how they feel like there’s a small bump in their eye under slightly drier conditions such as when going to sleep at night. Exactly what is happening is not completely known but involves some sort of nano-chip being installed/operated in the cranium (your head) of the host. This is probably the equivalent of a CPU of some sort. The actual clicking/screeching sound observed is usually at night on average once a month and only lasts for a few seconds. Completely painless and easily ignored or passed off by the person. The entire purpose of the movie Shutter Island (2010) is to discount this. The nano-implant that is specifically and clearly responsible for this side effect is symbolically referenced in the second clip for Surrogates (2009). I suspect over time they have improved this side effect.
Phase 1 & 2 – Aching Joints, Headaches, Fatigue, etc.: The saturation of nano-fibers has different effects on different people. The sheer numbers involved results is a random combination of health implications. Most people will not notice anything, or pass any slight symptom off as getting older. Other people who have more of a reaction will go to the doctor and get diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a catch all disease that was created about a decade ago to give doctors something to tell the patient when they complained. The doctors can’t accurate diagnose or understand what or why a patient is feeling a certain way, so the corrupt medical establishment gives them this nonsense to spew. These side effects are primarily phase 1 but are a constant problem across the board. Notice the root word of fibromyalgia is fib[e]r, it’s not a coincidence. This Family Guy clip indirectly references Fibromyalgia.
Phase 2 – Itching: For whatever reason they may force harsh itching on you when they do not agree with what you are doing or how you are behaving. You probably will have no idea it is phase 2 at the beginning. This is shown in Flash of Genius (2008) when they show her typing and zoom in on her hand (@ 44:50 in the movie) when she itches it. She’s presumed to be a bad wife for leaving her husband (no clip is provided; screenshot here; you’ll have to read this whole site to understand this). The exact same concept is shown in Lay the Favorite (2012) where Bruce Willis itches his forearm clearly and intentionally after referencing it a few seconds earlier (screenshot here). Why? Why would they put that in? I mean millions of dollars are spent on these scripts and production thereto. This happens in real life to countless people around the world all day long, he’s being warned. Why? Because in the movie he’s thinking about cheating on his wife with the hot blonde that just walked in. In people with phase 2, the BioAPI is monitoring thought and emotional patterns which if conflict triggers an itch; it’s automated. For example lust + guilt (because he’s married) do not go together. Think Pontypool (2008). So they are judging you (or more accurately people with phase 2 who are pre-targeted). Itching is also shown in Fast Zombies with Guns (2011), as they turn into zombies [contract phase 2 in real life] they itch a lot. Again, why show this? Because it’s real. Most targeted individuals will understand the extremely itchy forearm. So itching is not a side effect in the common sense of the term; it is instead intentionally inflected via the BioAPI as reflected in the aforementioned references as well as loosely shown in A Scanner Darkly (2006) @ 0:44 in the clip/trailer.
Phase 2 – Burning Smell: Phase 2 encapsulates the person’s ability to smell, so they can read/write scents. It’s used to help warp the reality of someone they have specifically targeted (aka Black Limousine (2010)). When inhaling or specifically exhaling quickly its often a burning/smoke smell that is noticed. This is an unwanted side effect – or more accurately to encapsulate any neuron in the body involved in sensing (for example, smell, taste, etc.) there ends up being be some minor side effect. Interestingly when I cry the smell is amplified and it smells like buttered popcorn of all things. An example of how the media discounts this is demonstrated in the movie Bandits (2001).
Phase 2 – The Left Eye: One of the concepts they push in the movies is the left eye is evil for some reason. Or to a lesser extent use the eye as a gateway to demonstrate functionality such as with Technotise (2009) or Gamer (2009). In phase 2 an actual nano-camera will be installed in the left eye. People with this might comment on how they feel like there’s a small bump in their eye under slightly drier conditions such as when going to sleep at night. This is documented in the physical example page. Note if you figure out you have a camera in the left eye they will probably install something in the right eye too. Phase 2 – Permanent Metallic Taste: Some people will comment on a metallic taste in the mouth. Typically when going to sleep it becomes prevalent. In the alternative, the temporary compromising of taste buds is shown in the clip for Contracted (2013) @ 2:18. It is not a side effect of medication, that’s the typical response a doctor will give you. If you are not on medication and otherwise completely healthy and all of a sudden have a permanent metallic taste in your mouth, you are being recorded (but not watched) 24/7 as per the trailer for A Scanner Darkly (2006).
Phase 2 – Morgellons: Morgellon’s can strike anyone. It’s a direct problem from the nano-fibers, whether intentional or accidental. The body’s immune system can’t see or recognize the fibers at all. So when the body can’t accept the fibers anymore it beings to push them out through the skin. But the skin is a barrier because the fibers are too large. So the skin breaks up which is why people get lesions. Note that technically everyone has morgellons (nano-fibers), the actual mogellon’s symptoms are when the person’s body tries to get rid of them the only way possible. Ultimately you need some proof. This is very difficult, as we all don’t exactly have nano-tech labs in our basements. The only thing possible at this point in time is to put out the physical evidence that is known and back it up with media/movie supporting clips. Assembly Bill 68, entitled “Land Use: Accessory Dwelling Units,” is one of the new housing bills that Gov. Newsom recently signed. It is an example of the State Legislature’s poor planning.

This detrimental bill eliminates single family zoning and enables the transformation of beneficial accessory dwelling units (second units and granny flats) into overcrowded multifamily triplexes with potentially multiple adverse impacts.

There are various advantages to adding an accessory dwelling unit or second unit to a home. For homeowners, the extra unit can provide additional income, support family members such as adult children or aging parents and house on-site caregivers. In addition, the units sometimes provide additional affordable housing for low income residents, although this is not guaranteed. When local jurisdictions craft careful accessory dwelling unit ordinances, these second units can fit seamlessly into an established community.

Unfortunately, by stripping away local control, community engagement, and environmental review related to second units, AB 68 goes too far.

Before adoption of the bill, a locality could choose whether or not to allow ADUs and if so, could set appropriate development standards (parking standards, setbacks, allowable density, height, for example) and require the property owner to live on site.

In contrast, the new law requires jurisdictions to “ministerially” allow a homeowner, in single family neighborhoods, to build a detached backyard residence that is at least 800-square-feet and 16-feet-high with only four-foot side and rear setbacks, as well as convert a garage, office or spare room into a third living space. The size of the two additional units can be over and above the existing allowable square footage for the primary home.

Ministerial approval (“over-the-counter approval”) streamlines the permit process and eliminates discretionary review and public hearings, thereby stifling public engagement and comments as well as environmental review.

In addition, the bill requires a local agency to ministerially approve up to 25% of the existing units in a multifamily building, provided the units are within the existing structure and meet certain criteria.

Besides density, height and setbacks, the bill greatly relaxes other ADUs’ development standards too. The bill prohibits local jurisdictions from imposing standards on lot coverage or minimum lot size for accessory dwelling units.

The bill further prohibits cities from requiring additional parking spaces when homeowners convert garages to new housing (unless the city can prove, with specific findings, that insufficient off-street parking would harm public health and safety, and do so within a very short timeframe). This will force more cars to park on the street, change the aesthetics of communities and make it harder for emergency vehicles to reach areas with narrow roads, among other problems.

This could result in dire consequences. Under current conditions, residents who live on the narrow, windy streets of Almonte in unincorporated Mill Valley, have reported incidents when paramedics could not speedily reach their emergency destinations because parked vehicles blocked the roadway. In one instance, the paramedics were going door to door, trying to find the owner of a wide SUV, while a medically distressed neighbor waited for help.

Without requiring a homeowner to live on the premises, AB 68 incentivizes large-scale investors to buy up single-family homes, convert them to triplexes and then operate them as commercial enterprises.

Over time, as the supply of single-family homes diminishes due to conversions to triplexes, the price for the remaining single-family dwellings will become even more expensive.

Moreover, although it is expected that the subsequent increase in housing, insufficient parking, and population growth will result in numerous adverse impacts (traffic congestion, overcrowded schools, lack of water, etc.), AB-68 provides no funding for dealing with these impacts. Instead, local communities will have to cover the costs.

It is important to note that Marin’s representatives, Sen. Mike McGuire and Assemblymember Marc Levine, voted for AB 68. This is despite the fact that most Marin residents greatly value single-family neighborhoods.
