EMP – Blackout Wars, and the United States is in GRAVE DANGER!
The Nasa War Plan lists the use of an EMP (Electric Magnetic Pulse) on the following pages: 48, 58, 82, 83, 89, 90 and 91 . . . as a method of attack to takedown CONUS – Continental Untied States . . . (Please see the Nasa War Plan on www.StopTheCrime.net)
Dr. Peter Pry is the Executive Director of the Task Force on National and Homeland Security. In the first half, he discussed terrorism, cyber-attacks, EMPs, solar flares and what we can do to strengthen our grid to guard against these and other potential dangers. EMP or electromagnetic pulse, can be naturally generated by the sun or artificially induced by a nuclear or non-nuclear weapon, and cause the collapse of critical infrastructures. The ‘Deep State,’ he lamented, have defunded the Congressional EMP Commission, which he finds particularly shortsighted, given that North Korea has recently made EMP threats against the US.

CELL PHONES: Questions and Answers
by Arthur Firstenberg
How much radiation does a cell phone emit, compared to what exists in nature?
If Neil Armstrong had brought a cell phone to the moon in 1969, it would have appeared from earth to be the brightest object in the universe in the microwave spectrum. In the daytime, the sun would have been brighter, but at night, the cell phone would have outshone every star.
There is a reason cell phones are outlawed in Green Bank, West Virginia: even a single cell phone, even from miles away, would blind the radio astronomers there and make it impossible for them to see the stars. Astronomers measure radio waves in units called janskys.

Why isn’t the CFR in the History Books?
Why isn’t the CFR in the History Books?
Hardly one person in 1000 ever heard of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
The Council on Foreign Relations was formally established in Paris in 1919 along with its British Counterpart the Royal Institute of International Affairs. The Council on Foreign Relations and Royal Institute of International Affairs can trace their roots back to a secret organization founded and funded by Cecil Rhodes, who became fabulously wealthy by exploiting the people of South Africa. Rhodes is the father of Apartheid.
The Council on Foreign Relations was founded by a group of American and British imperialists and racists intent on ruling the world. Many of the American members were American intelligence officers that belonged to the first American Intelligence Agency — THE INQUIRY. Many of the British members were British Intelligence Agents. THE INQUIRY and its members, who included such notable Americans as Col. Edward Mandel House, Walter Lippmann, Isaiah Bowman, and James Shotwell, wrote most of Woodrow Wilson’s 14 points.

For all his success in designing world-changing technology, Bill Gates has set surprisingly strict rules for how his kids can use that technology, the
billionaire philanthropist has said in multiple interviews.
“You’re always looking at how it can be used in a great way — homework and staying in touch with friends — and also where it has gotten to excess,” Gates
told the Mirror in April 2017.
Each of Gates’ three kids — ages 15, 18, and 21 — has grown up in a home that forbade cell phones until age 14, banned cell-phone use at the dinner table, and
set limits on how close to bedtime kids could use their phones.

Innovative Finance
Overview
Global philanthropic funds, even when combined with the development or aid budgets of governments, add up to billions of dollars. Meanwhile, the cost of solving the world’s most critical problems runs into the trillions—including an estimated $2.5 trillion annual funding gap needed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in developing countries alone. Private capital is urgently needed in order to fill this gap and address pressing global challenges.

The 10% Resilience Pledge urges mayors of 100RC cities to make the most ambitious commitment to city resilience in history, promising 10% of their cities’s annual budgets toward resilience-building goals and projects, without raising additional funds or taxes.
On December 2, 2015 at COP21 in Paris, we announced the first round of Pledge signees. On March 28, 2017, Santiago de Chile, Chile became the 28th and most recent global signee to the pledge.
