Right now statewide, in California, (and likely nationwide) septic systems and leach fields are being targeted and soon will require "state" mandated annual property inspections along with many fines, penalties, permit fees, and unaffordable required upgrades. Many properties that currently do not comply to current standards or are "unable" to met current code requirements will be red tagged and condemned.
Regional government is usurping local government and imposing new regulations. Property owners are being regulated and fined by countless government agencies that are enforcing new standards, imposing fines and penalties that property owners will simply not be able to comply to even if the owners want to. This is a stealth deceptive land grab. This is property privacy. Right now we are witnessing a variety of government methods that are intent on taking away private property ownership. . . Why? We must all help defend rural America. . .These rural lands under attack are often our food supply, our farmers and ranchers. Look what has already happened in the Central Valley of Californian. The water has been turned OFF due to the endangered Delta Smelt Fish. Many farms and ranches are in foreclosure and unemployment is upwards 40%. The once plentiful bread basket of California is not producing. Why, is our food supply being reduced? Oh, mandated water reductions of 20% by 2020 is a California law. . .
Hum? The energy grid, too. This sounds like reduced water, food and energy.

County orders building permits and will not issue a permit unless owners connect to utilities. In most instances the property owners cannot afford the county compliance costs and are forced to abandon their homes. This is Outrageous!

Apparently living off the grid, off the land and without government assistance is now a crime that can land you in jail and cause you to lose your home.
Government officials across the country are forming so called “nuisance abatement teams” to intimidate people into giving up their land or conforming to the governments demands and hooking back into the grid. Counties across the country are actually jailing people for living the way they want to live.
I was alerted to this video by a reader and was troubled and sickened by what the poor people in the California Desert are being forced to deal with. From being threatened with jail time if they don’t hook back into the grid to being thrown in jail because the county didn’t like the look of their homes, the people in the deserts of Los Angeles County are being terrorized by their government.
