CUBA is being targeted with weather weapons resulting in food ration cards, water shut offs – where in water is only available for a couple hours each day. MOST Cuban housing has roof mounted water tanks which water is added to whenever the municipal water is turned on.
Cuba is an example of the Climate Action Plans having been ACTIVATED.
