‘MICROBURST’ WINDS AGAIN HIT HOME OF JOURNO EXPOSING ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIO WEAPON CRIMES
JUST THE WEATHER — OR AN ARTIFICIALLY SPAWNED, PRECISION-TARGETED MICROBURST VORTEX CREATED BY A SCALAR ELECTROMAGNETIC WEAPON SYSTEM MOUNTED ON CELL TOWERS EVERYWHERE (U.S. Patent 7629918, Raytheon, under operational command and control of Lockheed Martin, the world’s largest defense contractor)?
A COVERT HOMELAND-MILITARY-INTELLIGENCE COUP D’ETAT ‘SOCIAL CLEANSING’?
The high winds, which literally shook the walls of my house, were preceded by an electric motor-like hum, which grew increasingly louder — the same phenomenon I experienced during Hurricane Sandy (see: http://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2012/11/frankenstorm-hurricane-sandy-cover-for.html) and last year around the time of the earthquake and tsunami in Fukishima, Japan (see: https://www.facebook.com/vic.livingston/posts/129691690516493). I could hear the limbs of the trees creaking, bending in the wind, what seemed like a mini-tornado. I was terrified, since I live on a heavily wooded lot.
Was this just a passing storm, or was my property (again) targeted by psychopath military operatives of Lockheed Martin, under contract to U.S. agencies and commands, who use the phased array antennae cell tower grid as a weapon with which to assault, impair, torture and terrorize so-called “targeted individuals” — many, if not most, targeted for who they are or for what they believe?

Here is my account of what happened on Feb. 18th, 2011, when I first realized that psychopaths overseeing a U.S. electromagnetic radio frequency weapon system apparently are using it to alter the weather, providing cover for covert attacks on extrajudicially “targeted” Americans:

URGENT TO ALL FEDS: On Friday, Feb. 18, this unjustly “targeted” journalist received threat from “policeman Frank” warning of attack on my person, using phrases such as “weather got windy,” “it’s going to be rough – you will feel things that you will remember for the rest of your life.” Shortly before 6 a.m. the next morning, it felt like a tornado hit. Coincidence, given wind gust warnings? Or is a powerful entity using weather as a WEAPON? For your consideration, these contemporaneous postings from my Facebook pages:

Damien Torres – Lockheed Martin is the number one defense contractor who has several divisions dealing with Aerospace Technology, Satellite Technology, and tons of high-tech stuff. I wouldn’t point the finger at them but they do have Lots of classified and interesting stuff they are working on.
Karen Massari – They have ‘amazing’ technology. definitely worth looking into. And so much goes unnoticed because mainstream media will only report bad news or celebrity news.
James Henry Graf – I’ve been fortunate. They’ve messed with my web site apparently only once. There’s an advantage in not being taken seriously. The truth hides in plain sight.
Vic Livingston – Like using the microwave weapon system to intensify weather patterns? For example, manipulation of the jet stream to generate high wind gusts, and then operatives can precision-target directed MW energy to create damaging winds in the immediate vicinity of a target’s home — using weather both as a weapon, and major weather patterns as a camouflage for local, precision-targeted attacks. This could explain outbreaks of “thundersnow,” or the tornado-strength winds that pushed against my house this morning shortly before 6 a.m. — with an intensity that felt like a tornado had hit. After after I took steps intended to ensure that authorities review surveillance of Lockheed Martin centcom personnel on duty this early a.m. to determine if this highly plausible theory is true, the tornado-strength winds quickly subsided.
Just coincidence? Possibly. Can I “prove” Lockheed Martin and their Homeland-mil-intel overlords are experimenting with using weather as a weapon? There is much circumstantial evidence to support that contention, and even the U.S. patent for this weapon system mentions the system’s ability to “alter atmospheric conditions.”
I believe conscientious authorities would learn some shocking truths if they carefully reviewed surveillance of all Lockheed Martin mission and biometrics centcoms.
