The tortures and murders of the innocent civilians of Shorebreeze and other Mountain View Apartment Complexes are guided by Mossad Agent Mike Senna and a President of the Congregation Kol Emeth Synagogue, Jeff Rosen, who at the same time is a District Attorney Rosen of the Santa Clara County and a Mossad agent.
I have reported that this organized criminal gang has murdered ten (10) of the innocent US civilians of the City of Mountain View.
They use for their crimes and murders the low income Shorebreeze Apartment #208 that was abandoned for more than five years by Ms. Lydia Shostak, a member of Palo Alto Jewish Community Center, who during last five years has resided in Miami with her son. The terrorists of Community watchers' Gang "Boris," its leaders-- block-captains, and terrorists of a fusion center have used Ms. Shostak's apartment as a center from which they are torturing and murdering Shorebreeze tenants. Sometimes, they bring Ms. Shostak's relative, a woman about 70 years old to show that a tenant has resided in this apartment. They commit usually the most wild satanic tortures from 1 to 3 or 4 AM in the night.
Partially blind Mr. Moses Reyes has officially resides in the apartment #107. Mr. Reyes has a big Mexican family, which has occupied five of the Shorebreeze apartments. According to the Shorebreeze senior tenants, Mr. Reyes' family has participated in distribution of drags in this apartment complex, and two members of Reyes’ family are members of a Mexican drag gang, the Nortenos, which commits crimes in Northern California. The Nortenos is closely working with terrorists of Fusion centers, ADL and NSA.

Usually, partially blind Reyes spends nights in his grandmother apartment, which is in the same Shorebreeze building 1, and the terrorists of a Mountain View Fusion Center, members of community watchers’ gang “Boris” and defend contractors who are tied with ADL and other Jewish organizations are torturing and murdering innocent tenants from Mr Reyes' apartment #107. In 2012, Mr. Sena was nominated as a Director of NCRIC, and he immediately ordered murders of the leaders and members of the North California Tenant Association who have opposed harsh treatment, violations of laws and harassment of elderly people by the Franklin’s Housing Cartel.
Ten people, including two Veterans of the US Army and Vice President of the Northern California Tenant Association Mr. Yuriy Lyayder, were murdered by Sena’s request. Seven of the murdered people were those with whom i had communicated.

Summary:
Ongoing Crimes of Hate, criminal actions, tortures--with the obvious intention to slowly murder me, Ms. Nina Sidorova, President of the Northern California Tenant Association (NCTA):
I have already submitted twenty seven of my reports to the US FBI, requesting the arrest of criminals who are torturing and attacking me: members of San Francisco Fusion Center, many of who are Israeli Law Enforcement Agents and even soldiers of Israeli Army Tzahal, working for the San Francisco Fusion Center who were brought to the USA by the Washington based Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA); Mountain View police officers-members of the Nazi-Stasi style militarized Police Swat Team who have attacked and tortured me, an honest and law-abiding person. The militarized Mountain View Police Department have sent criminals of the organizations such as Infragard, C.O.P.S., USA On Watch and Citizen Corps who have injured my legs, body, and organs.
Below, after a summary of the criminal actions and tortures that have been committed against me, I list and identify the individuals who have tortured me, who have murdered seven of the members of NCTA, Americans with no history of any criminal offenses. The criminals who I identify below have participated in massive tyranny against normal everyday honest, law-abiding Americans (“We The People”). In other words, who have participated in Holocaust against the innocent US civilians in the USA, about which I have already reported to The Hague International Criminal Court Case reference OTP-CR-370/13 of the Office of the Prosecutor.

I request to arrest criminals and to stop criminal actions against me, Ms. Nina Sidorova, President of the Northern California Tenant Association (tortures, attacks, and obvious intention to slowly murder me). I request arrests of the criminals, involved in murders of the seven of Shorebreeze tenants, Mountain View CA and genocide against innocent US civilians.

Forty one (49) polices cases of criminal actions for two years, which have been committed against me, Nina Sidorova, President of the Northern California Tenant Association. Three attempts to assassinate me, Ms. Sidorova on December 22, 2011; December 22, 2012 and in the night from June 21 to June 22, 2013, which caused serious injuries of my legs, organs, and body; three fraudulent court cases in order to evict me from the place where I reside and to jail me falsely: Case C112CV222876, Case C110CV168387, and Case B1261718I, and two kidnappings of me, the last of which was committed at the end of March 2014 by criminals of Mountain View Police SWAT team with participations of two Jews residents of Mountain View Shorebreeze Apartment Complex, Ms. E. Kisina and Mr. Kisin (Shorebreeze apartment # 29), who are members of organizations Infragard, C.O.P.S, who are working with militarized SWAT Police teams; Israeli criminals of the San Francisco Fusion Center, and criminal Jewish Organization ADL- the Anti-Defamation League, all of which have participated in a Holocaust of US civilians.
Ms. Kisina and Mr. Kisin, as well as some other Mountain View Jews, who have participated in the organizations such as Infragard, C.O.P.S., USA On Watch and Citizen Corps, are members of Palo Alto Jewish Community Center, and they are immigrants from the former Soviet Union. I state and can provide supporting information, including videos, testimonies, photos, etc. that these Jewish residents of Shorebreeze Apartment Complex were involved in murders and tortures of the seven Shorebreeze residents who were members of NCTA.
These seven residents were murdered by members of the Mountain View branch of the San Francisco Fusion Center, members of Mountain View SWAT with participation of Shorebreeze residents of Jewish nationality-immigrants from the former USSR such as Kisina, Kisin, Khodorkovsky, Alexandrov, et al. I have requested four times to the San Francisco FBI to conduct a proper investigation. I have already provided the San Francisco FBI with supporting evidence about murders of these seven residents, including photos, testimonies of witnesses, etc.
Last three tenants of Shorebreeze apartments who were murdered by criminals working for San Francisco Fusion Center and members of the Mountain View Police SWAT team were a Veteran of the US Army, Mr. Jim Henley; Vice President of the Northern California Tenant Association, Mr. Yuriy Lyayder-President of Palo Alto Veteran Organization, and Ms. Zlotnik, who had resided in an apartment #111 was found in her apartment two months after her death. I had already reported that another Vice President of the Northern California Tenant Association, Mr. Kenneth Campbell, was unexpectedly offered to perform an eye surgery to remove glaucoma from one of his eyes, after which he was hospitalized for six months and came back disabled and in a wheel chair with erased memory. Before, Mr. Campbell disappeared, he was healthy and well.
I have already provided Special Agent in Charge Johnson with my reports about other criminal actions, which have been committed against me and other Mountain View citizens. My reports included evidence of crimes, photos, videos and testimonies.
The criminal actions against me and other tenants of NCTA were committed:
1. By criminals of Israeli Law Enforcement Agencies and soldiers of Israeli Army Tzahal, working for the San Francisco Fusion Center who was brought to the USA by the Washington based Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA). By Israeli defense contractors, working for companies, which I have already identified to the San Francisco FBI Department. I have provided the San Francisco FBI with supporting evidence, photos of these criminals, names of the Israeli companies and with descriptions of their crimes, explaining that these Israeli criminals and others, working for 72 of the US Fusion Centers and Israeli defense contractors are transforming the USA now into GAZA II, by committing Holocaust against law abiding US civilians.
2. By Mountain View Police Officers (members of the Nazi-Stasi style, completely militarized Police Swat Team, and personally Chief of the Mountain View Police Department, Mr. Scott Vermeer). You know that many of these police officers were trained in Israel and were trained by criminal Jewish Organization, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which earns millions of dollars by targeting, torturing and murdering innocent US civilians. It is obvious that now when these Police Departments are militarized, these Swat teams need to find enemies, and since the ADL trains most of the American Police and sets their new “Federalized” policies, this same attitude translates to the SWAT teams and the Police patrolling the streets.
In other words, the operating philosophy of the Israeli anti-terror experts, who are training US Police, is that all terrorists should be killed, so the Mountain View SWAT team and its leaders, including Chief Vermeer and others, by using the phony “War On Terror” on regular basis are attacking, torturing and murdering innocent Californians. Out-of-control-excessive force by Mountain View Police as with American Police is a very serious unchecked crime! Please, conduct an immediate investigation!
I became one of their most hated enemies because initially, I directly intervened to help low-income tenants when they did not have cold and hot water for four days and when they faced other serious problems with the Franklin’s Housing Cartel of bankers (Mid-Peninsula Housing Corporation, MP Shoreline Associates, etc.), which owns this apartment complex and many others in North California.
I did not realize the can of worms I was opening! I became outspoken in defense of the defenseless. Subsequently, the criminals from Mountain View Police Department have brought microwave and other DE weapons in three apartments around my apartment #108 and have directly tortured me, burning my legs, kidney, body parts and other organs in order to slowly kill me. They use Shorebreeze apartments: #208, #107, and #sometimes #109, as well as other apartments where these criminals are established and bring microwave and other types of direct energy weapons. Their main apartment from which they are torturing me is #208, which is rented by a Jewish resident Lydia Shostak.
Ms. Shostak is a member of Palo Alto Jewish Community Center, and during five years she has not resided in her apartment, but she has resided in a big house of her son’s in Miami. She meets the yearly requirement of residency by appearing for a two-week period each year. The Federal and State government are paying for this apartment which is being used for
the attacks on me from microwave technology. Mountain View SWAT officers, members of criminal ADL, and Israeli sadists from San Francisco Fusion Center are torturing me in order to slowly murder me.
Microwave weapon and DE weapons are not enough for these war criminals who have participated in Holocaust against US civilians. On a regular basis, they have sent assassins such as Alfonso Reyes, Sylvia Walker, Jewish couple Kisina and Kisin, and others to attack me physically and seriously injure my legs, body parts, organs, etc. The President of the Congregation Kol Emeth Synagogue, Mr. Jeff Rosen, who is at the same time, District Attorney Rosen of Santa Clara Country. is guiding and monitoring these tortures. Below, I describe Mr. Rosen’s crimes.
The same Mountain View Police war criminals, Israeli sadists from San Francisco Fusion Center and criminals of the Jewish organization--ADL have tortured and murdered seven of the Shorebreeze tenants about which I have reported previously.
The US FBI was informed already and has a lot of supporting evidence that Jewish organizations--the ADL and SPLC are groups involved in organized war crime--Genocide against innocent US civilians, and they were brought into Federal partnership by the Bush (43) administration-war criminals against whom the Hague International Criminal Court and Kuala Lumpur War Crimes’ Tribunal have issued Worldwide Arrest Warrants for being guilty of committing a Crime against Peace and Crimes against Humanity. Hague Criminal Tribunal Judge Frederick Harhoff said, “We Will Get Them” on Genocide Charges…”
I am Russian, and this is one more serious factor why the President of Congregation Kol Emeth Synagogue aka District Attorney Rosen of Santa Clara Country, Us Jewish organizations such as ADL, AIPAC, etc. and Jews who have participated in Infragard, C.O.P.S., USA On Watch and Citizen Corps hate me. This is Jewish wild racism toward people of Russian nationalities… This is why I am brutally tortured, money grubbed, injured physically, poisoned several times, my properties vandalized, and this is why they’re slowly murdering me by microwave and other DE weapons.
Since the ADL trains most of the American Police and sets their new “Federalized” Policies, this same attitude to people of Russian nationality translates to police trained not only by ADL in the USA but trained in Israel through Metropolitan Police Department Partnership.

3. By members of other U.S. Jewish Organizations, including 11 (eleven) members of the Palo Alto Jewish Family Center also known as Jewish Community Center, who are residents of Shorebreeze Apartment Complex and the members of the organizations such as Infragard, C.O.P.S., USA On Watch and Citizen Corps and who have participated in tortures and murders of innocent US Civilians in the USA.
These 11 members of the Palo Alto Jewish Community Center, as well as many other members other Jewish Community Centers in the USA, have participated in the tortures and murders of innocent US civilians.
They are immigrants from the former Soviet Union (a couple: Kisina and Kisin, Michael Hodorkovsky, L. Shostak, et al.) I can list many of them, and I can provide supporting evidence that some of the members of these Jewish Community Centers who are now participating in a Holocaust against US civilians, their parents and grandparents, were involved previously in Holocaust and Goldomore of the Russians, Ukrainians, Byelorussians and other people in the former USSR when more than 72 million people were murdered from 1917 to 1954. Since 1990s, they were mass transferred to the USA. Now, their well-established and paid-by-Jewish bankers, US “Red Cheka”-- neo-Bolshevik terror and mass-murder machine, is used to commit genocide against peaceful and innocent US civilians!
They use the same methods that they had used in the former USSR: provocations, false accusations, torture, and the murder of innocent civilians, including women, children, seniors, veterans, and others, in order to silence Americans and in order for the Israel, US Jews, and Israeli Lobby in the USA, to moneygrubb the country, its technologies, weapons, industrial secrets, etc. It is definitely reasonable then that many US Patriots and honest US officials ask the question, “Is Israel and its U.S. lobby above the law in the United States?”
This is my twenty eighth report to the US FBI, and I again inform Director of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation James Comey, Special Agent in Charge David Johnson, Honorable Judges of The Hague International Criminal Court and Officials of the United Nations that my life is in extreme danger! I inform that the tortures and other criminal actions against me are guided by the President of the Congregation Kol Emeth Synagogue, Mr. Jeff Rosen, who is at the same time District Attorney Rosen of Santa Clara Country, one of the biggest counties of the US Silicon Valley.
I request an immediate arrest and prosecution under Civil and Criminal RICO-- Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act of the individuals who are torturing, attacking me, and slowly murdering me; who have been involved in murders and tortures of seven of the Shorebreeze tenants, and who have participated in tyranny against US civilians:

· Mountain View Officers who are participating in a Fusion Center, members of SWAT : K. Solomon, Taber, Singh, K. Nguyen, Guevarra, Renalt, Hal, and others who can be identified by numbers of the police cases.
· I request immediate arrest of criminals, including Israeli criminals, working for the San Francisco Fusion Center who have been involved in tortures and crimes against me, murders of seven of the members of NCTA, and who have participated in tyranny and Holocaust of the US civilians, citizens of the State of California
· I request the arrest and the charge of tyranny, tortures, illegal medical experimentations, and participation in kidnappings of me and other people by the doctors of Valley Medical Center, San Jose, CA, whom I and other patients can identify.
· I request to arrest and to prosecute under Civil and Criminal RICO Mr. Matthew Franklin, the head of Franklin Housing Cartel of bankers, President of the Mid-Peninsula Housing Corporation , President of MP Shoreline Associates and President of several other business entities who has ordered these tortures, and who has participated in these tortures.
· I request to open an investigation of the facts of participations in organized crimes against the criminal investigators of the Office of the District Attorney of Santa Clara County: Mr. John Savala, Mr. Armando Realyvasquez, and Mr. Doug Kaleas who have refused to investigate, criminal actions against me and tortures and murders of the other innocent civilians of the State of California.
I am an honest law-abiding civilian, and I was not involved in the false flag attack on September 11, 2001 or any other criminal terrorist actions. I believe that you, as well millions of other Americans, know very well now that Israeli Mossad and Bush’s network of criminals have committed this false flag attack.
